“So now that life’s getting a bit tough my opinion matters?! I made a purchase recently? If I’ve made a purchase in the last 7 months you’d better send it because I haven’t received it yet. ‘Colin’: was happy to help me make a purchase in July 2019. He has been mysteriously unavailable any time since.”

“Every time I went into the store Dylan would always make so much effort to help me find the perfect guitar and answer all my questions I had. He made me feel like a valued customer and the experience felt very real and casual like I wasn’t talking to a robot. It was great to go in every time and have Dylan help me pick a guitar for my partner and have me great advice on how to hide it for his birthday and catered to my needs. Love music 440 and the service!”

“We placed an online order for an amp. The next business day we got a call to say there was a discrepancy in their stock records and the amp was not available. They processed our refund that same day. Disappointed we could not purchase that particular amp but thankful for their timely and friendly service!”

“Great customer service. Ordered a case for my Ovation and expected to receive it in the mail in a day or two. I only live a suburb away, but I am moving so I couldn't get away from the house. Dude from the shop drove it over to me. Had it within an hour of ordering it. Amazing!”
