“Very good customer service. I used to shop in the Hammersmith store and the staff there (2018 - 2020) were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to offer a good service. Also the online customer service were very helpful, they had responded to my recent issue and offered a resolution (replacement sent to me) before I even had the chance to see their response I had a tracking number from Royal Mail pop up informing me a replacement is on its way to me which was great.”

“Fantastic customer service!!! I placed an order but ordered the wrong flavour, I emailed customer service asking if I could swap them for the right flavour and they were more than happy to help. Very quick reply from email team and the right flavour products was sent on straight away after receiving the wrong flavour back. Excellent service”
