“I have sent a couple emails and even called the number listed no one is yet to reply on how I need to exchange for a bigger size. However receiving my original order was quick and fast. I just wish I could exchange my order so I can actually wear my boots.”

“⁰ true two size ultra comfortable standard Ugg boot with a classic sparkle, i'm getting constant compliments. Who smiles from people who notice my boots 😊 thank you. I could not find this style on the retail market.I have a pair of silver ones, but these sparkle way more than the silver ones did”

“I have no problem with the boots except they just did not fit me. My complaint is customer service. Iit is impossible to get in touch with customer service. I left 3 voice messages & emailed 3 times with a question about returns, to this day (it’s been 3 weeks) I never heard back from the company. That is just absolutely unacceptable. So if you are ordering something, you know 100% will work for you. I’m sure the product will be fine. But can’t expect to ever get in touch with Customer Service.”

“Being the last available pair, I was concerned about the quality of the shoe I was going to receive. When I received the Ugg boots that were sold out in many places. The pair was very fresh. Excellent condition. Extremely pleased.”

“They sold me counterfeit Uggs, material was extremely poor. They gave me a hard time for the return and kept the $20 for sipping them back. Also customer service is extremely rude. Don’t shop here.”

“I placed an order on January 9, 2025 and paid for expedited shipping. Today is January 14, I have not received my order nor can I get in touch with ANYONE here! My tracking info shows my shipment was CANCELLED yet I have sent 7 emails and NO ONE will respond to me! I have filed a FRAUD claim on this company!”
