“Horrible company. I have called and emailed 3-4 times to exchange for a different size from a Christmas present I was given. I have emailed from their site, no response and when I email the address from the confirmation email, it comes back to me as undeliverable. My husband totally wasted $120 on uggs that don't fit and I will never hear from them. WHAT A SCAM”

“We purchased 2 pairs of UGG winter boots. Size 7 was purchased, I usually wear a 7 or 7 21/2. The UGG 7’s were enormous on me. I decided to purchase them in size 6 ( fingers crossed ). I do live free returns thanks to Amazon. MYCOZYBOOTS does make you go through some hoops to process a return. The worst part is they charged a $20.00 return fee. Oh well could be higher. The nice thing is they send you a QR CODE for the USPS to scan and BAM ITS DONE. They do require you to box it up.”

“Absolute horrible customer service I sent back a pair of ugg slippers within the time frame allotted and they only refunded half the amount! Can you imagine only being refunded half the amount of an ugg product ? I've never worked with a company as lousy as this I still had to buy a pair of Ugg boots full price and then pay for half of a pair of boots I never even wore from your store ? Absolutely terrible it's sad that you took advantage of someone who wanted to shop at your store”

“I didn’t receive my Ugg slippers 12-2 order went in never received Have tried to call number and only get recording Have tried to leave 6 separate messages with my phone number Replaced Ugg slippers with something else because they were a Christmas gift at this point would like to speak to someone about getting my money back $124.90 Not happy Gail Peterson”
