“The shipping and communication was good. This was a hard to find style and it seems that CozyBoots has many styles that may be sold out st other shopped. . II bought the boots as a gift and waiting for the recipient to give feedback.”

“The only reason I didn’t give them a “very good” rating is due to the fact that when I got my package, the bag had been punctured and the box was also punctured. If the boots had been shipped in an actual box instead of a bag, this probably wouldn’t have happened.”

“Boots wear lovely I just ordered the wrong size. I didn’t like that I have to pay a re ship and stocking fee but I’m excited to receive my new order. Beautiful color and ithere were sold out at I the stores.”
