“Foreign transaction fee”

Hi Dan, We understand your frustration with the nominal foreign transaction fee, as we are equally frustrated with it. As we are headquartered in Canada a small percentage of US banks consider it a "foreign transaction" and charge an arbitrary fee to their customers (usually less than 50 cents). We do NOT get this money, your bank does. Please consider calling your bank to complain about it and ask for a refund of this fee.

“I received 4 dog tags. One is acceptable and printed clearly. The other 3 are not. I'm happy with the purchase since the price was low and I only need one dog tag.”

“I had to get another set as I moved and couldn't find my issued ones in time. Read some of the reviews regarding quality but just thought a dog tag is a dog tag. Their not! These are the same as my standard issue ones and absolutely not compared to the cheap ones I could have gotten locally. Very glad I ordered. I also got daily emails regarding shipping and up to date info.”

Hi Daniel, thanks for your review. Our ballchains are made in the USA from 304 stainless steel according to military specifications. “I wanted to get a copy of my grandfathers dog tags, I couldn't find the right tag/blank, I was able to uploaded a picture of them I had. The tags I rapidly received were wonderful, they looked just like the original set, just not worn. Thank you sincerely for your fast work and excellent customer service.”

Hi Catherine, our chains are made in the USA and are guaranteed to securely close. However, it indeed can be a bit tricky for people with arthritis and requires some force to snap the end-ball into the connector crevice, which is why we also offer a pre-assembly service. “My order was processed quickly and shipped to the USA in no time. We ordered a set for our grandson who was interested in his great-grandfather's time as a POW in 1944-1945. “Order My Dog Tag was an easy process once I became familiar with the format. The preview method made it able for me to make changes prior to ordering to ensure I got what I wanted. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress from order to delivery. The only negative I can see is that the plastic ring that goes around the tag does not stay in place well when worn on a regular basis by my dog. It may work better on humans.”

Hi Randy, thanks for your feedback. As stated on our website silicone silencers are not intended to be used on dogs due to their active/rough environments.
