“Perfect, now my Dog Bongo has a set of dog tags just like mine”

“Even though they guarantee delivery, I have not received my order. I spoke with an agent and was advised it was at main post office per tracking information. The agent also advised me if I provide an alternate address they will mail one that day and should receive in 4 days. The main post office said they haven't ever received the order and appears to be a postal. scam. I have not received the order at my primary address or the alternate provided.”

Hi Thomas, We GUARANTEE delivery. All orders are shipped with USPS tracking. USPS shows that your package was delivered on Dec 23. We would be happy to resend your order to a different address that you would need to provide in writing.

“My dad passed away recently. He has 6 grandchildren and only 1 dog tag. I ordered one for each grandson and they are thrilled to have them. There is a slight difference from the original if you have them side by side. All of the grandsons are super happy to have a keepsake of their grandpa. A great big thank you to My Dog Tag. “Foreign transaction fee”

Hi Dan, We understand your frustration with the nominal foreign transaction fee, as we are equally frustrated with it. As we are headquartered in Canada a small percentage of US banks consider it a "foreign transaction" and charge an arbitrary fee to their customers (usually less than 50 cents). We do NOT get this money, your bank does. Please consider calling your bank to complain about it and ask for a refund of this fee.
