I think in all good. I was disappointed that yesterday when we had a session that windows defender was not turned on.

I'm happy that we have resoled the start button issue. I would have thought the call on 8/4/16 would have taken care of it. The last young man showed what to do to keep things running as they should. Give him a pat on the back for his customer service. thanks dan

Lots of repetition required and a necessity to self-advocate, but My Phone Support was diligent, dependable, and got the job done.

My technician was polite and courteous. The process was a little slower than I would have liked, but we ran into a couple of snags transferring email information from one computer to another due to settings that I didn't realize were active.

I am not tech savvy so this was beneficial to me. The support staff was very understanding when I had questions about steps being taken that I did not understand.

Your people seem to be very quick and good at what they do, but I was kind of surprised in the end when the technician mentioned that I could purchase an additional software program for $29.95 that would do basically the same thing that he did (clean files etc.). I paid you people $199.00 for 12 months to do this. Why would he be offering the other program? What did I pay you people for?????

It was necessary for me to speak with two technicians today to resolve several problems with my computer. Both showed great patience with me. Their technical skills were good. However, the one major problem I've had for one year involved the migration of my photos from my old computer to the new one. I was unable to open them. My own computer whiz, told me how to fix this issue. However, it is very time consuming. I was hoping Dell would have a system fix in place. No such luck. Both technicians were confident they could make the fix. I asked both techs if they had seen this issue before, and they assured me they had. The first technician I spoke with thought he had fixed the problem; however, he did not. The second technician was only able to fix the problem AFTER I told him how my personal computer guru told me the steps to fix the problem. I appreciate the help with the other problems. They are much smarter than I am! Thank you for reading my feedback.

They were very helpful in fixing my laptop problem. And very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't appreciate was being pushed to buy a membership I couldn't afford. They need to learn what NO means. Otherwise I was pleased with my experience.

This has taken much longer than I expected. When started I should have been told that virus would be removed only if I signed up for service program. Took mcuh long than I expected to do all.

We were able to resolve several problems with my hacked e-mail account by establishing conference calls with Yahoo and AT&T

The AT&T man who installed new modem did not know and neither did I how to hook up my printer. The gentleman from My phone support was very dedicated to solving my printer problem. It took him quit some time but he did not give up. My problem is solved to my satisfaction. This was a great experience for him and next time he will do it faster I am sure. The most important thing is he stayed with it until it was done correctly. Thanks so much for your help!!

I was hesitant to give personal information over the phone. But, the technicians were very helpful and patient. Most of all, they fixed my issue. Recommend
