They sent a tracking code a week ago showing it was with the courier, when I chased the courier, the courier stated it hadn't been passed to them. My-picture insisted it was.
Today 21st Dec (a week later) - My-picture have stated they will not be making their promissed xmas delivery date, due to a backlog.

“Very Impressed, good value goods, well packaged parcel and quality of items exceeded my expectations. Only slight concern, quality of photo on mug excellent but inside of mug feels rough so not sure how long it will last over time as may stain. Plus cushion cover zip tricky to do up with arthritic hands as no tag to pull on it but a lovely cushion.”

I haven't had to return anything as all merchandise I have brought through them has been good quality, and brought in the sales. Therefore the price of items have been really affordable, which is great because I am presently starting up an Arts business. I particularly love the magnets and acrylic photos I had printed, good quality and everything packaged well and sent to me quickly. The only small problem I experienced ordering online was the site for some reason would not accept my login details after I had made an order. I spoke to an advisor online through the site but they weren't particularly helpful in finding a solution to rectify it. In the end I had to set up a whole new account with a different email. Aside from that I am a happy customer.”
