“This was my second order with My-Picture. The first was very good, the second not so good. I didn't realise the canvases are not produced in the UK and therefore my Christmas order got caught up with the border closures. The two canvases I order arrived on 31 December. The quality was poor and the images dark. Not such a good experience this time.”
“3 pictures were okay but the large ones were blurry, it's a shame you can't position photos the way you want, were not as good as other companies but can't complain as got big discount”

“Pictures are fine and reasonably priced though this seems to fluctuate
daily. The hanging plates are very over priced and worth about £2.00 each tops not the nearly £5.00 charged. Loses stars for this.”

“I ordered my canvas for Father’s Day, unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time, it arrived two days after, but I can honestly say I’m really pleased with my canvas.”
“Site easy to use, product produced quickly, only issue was it took days between when the product was ready and it was shipped. That seemed only to happen when I complained to customer service. Shipping itself was quick.
Other issue was I added a picture hanger expecting to get the wire type thing for use with a hook. Instead got two dragonteeth attachments and two screws, which for an extra three pound was a bit much, plus, useless.
I wouldn't buy the hanger, but then that means you have to find your own.”
“I have ordered 12 mixpix photo tiles in two different orders. They claim it comes with free adhesive hanger but for one of my orders it did not. I contacted them to get it shipped but they have not replied.
They also advertised they can be stick on, taken off and repeat but when I did that the adhesive hanger won't re-stick.”
“Very disappointed, very grainy. It was the first time having a picture put onto canvas, obviously, not knowing, our IPAD its not obviously good enough quality to put onto canvas. When you see it on the IPAD it looks perfect.”
“Sadly one picture has bagged in the middle as it hasn't been stretched enough. The others that I have had have been fine and I have asked for a replacement.”
