“Website says 8 days delivery. 18 days (14 business days) later and still waiting.
Because of the length of time and order says not even in transit I asked for a refund, but said I couldn't have one as company is based in Germany and comply with German laws. So not sure why it has a .co.uk website and shouts about being a UK company. I will definitely not be using this company again.”
