“Very very slow delivery. Have not received yet and it's been 7 working days. This company is based in Germany and are therefore subject to German laws regarding exports. If you are ordering from the UK, know that they use UPS and you will likely not get your order within the time they state on the website. If you are looking to receive before a certain time order from a local company (if based in the UK)
Customer Service was prompt but could offer no more help than the order status. My-Picture saying that UPS have it and UPS saying My-Picture have it”

“I like my large pictures and the free tote bag. They arrived later than expected and were shipped in a large thin cardboard box that was open but had been fastened with packaging straps to contain items hence one picture has small dents on the bottom due to picture face being on outside and not the frame back. Take note packing department!”
