“Terrible company, worst customer service ever.
This company is a complete joke. The order I made did not arrive after 9 days. I spoke to customer services THREE TIMES via their live chat and all they could advise was ‘wait longer’.
I asked to speak to management, they said there is no management.
I asked for a refund, they said they don't offer refunds on personalised goods!?
So now I haven't got my order, AND I lost my money!! Feels like a scam!
Avoid at all costs !! Absolutely ridiculous company with no concern for their customers happiness or satisfaction.
Customer service here is a full waste of time. Save yourself the burden...

“Very nice but thinner than average prints. great that it comes with the attachments for hanging only reason not a 5 star review is that it took longer than stated until delivered.The price though makes up for that failure. I would use this site again”

The rendition of the photos for all options (canvas, aluminium etc) is excellent and they make a fantatsic gift. Delivery is generally within 5 days and everything packaged really well to ensure no damage. Highly recommended!”
