“Up till a month ago I've always highly rated this company but looks like there's a big problem when it comes to packaging and sending rug mats with photo .
The last 3 I have received have been badly creased and the creases don't want to come out as tried everything they mention but no joy ?The first 3 rugs were perfect with no creases and struggle to understand what's went wrong ?
At £45 each it's alot of money to be let down time and time again .”

I have tried the Chat but “ Louise “ kept sending me automated answers so I then tried the complaints procedure which can take up to three days ,next I tried the telephone after googling it first to see if the number was genuine .
The telephone number goes to a answering machine on a Monday despite the words open from 8-18 ?. I’m assuming this means till 6 in the evening.
