They arrived later than expected and were shipped in a large thin cardboard box that was open but had been fastened with packaging straps to contain items hence one picture has small dents on the bottom due to picture face being on outside and not the frame back. Take note packing department!”

“The product was very good, but the delivery time was way longer than expected. I had to chase it up twice before I got a proper response, and only then did the delivery suddenly arrive. My order was for a bereaved relative, so I had wanted it a lot more promptly. However, the final product is of sufficiently good quality that the recipient was happy with it.”
“Ordered 4 pictures, at what I felt was a very reasonable price. I was very happy with two of them. The other 2 were not very sharp and quite dark. Almost certainly my fault as I didn't 'tweak' them beforehand and were only taken with my mobile phone. Delivery took about 10 days to 2 weeks.”
