“I ordered some face masks from this company who advertised to have them with you in a week ,i understand with current situations delays may be possible but five weeks later nothing ! If you ask for refund they say they are a German based company and you have no rights under British consumer law.
In my experience and opinion avoid at all costs.”
“I Had ordered 2 face masks and paid for them a month ago, I contacted them and they told me they had been returned to them as an incorrect address, so they were going to send them again, and Iām still waiting. They were going to be a gift for a birthday, but they are too late now. I would not recommend them. I did check the reviews before I ordered too, guess they could be fake? I Would not recommend.”
“I would give MY PICTURE (www.my-picture.co.uk) zero stars if I could. I paid for priority delivery and still haven't received my product - a simple framed photo - more than a week later. After three emails and one phone call to the company, I am still none the wiser about when I will receive it. I have received no apology - but I HAVE received a constant stream of spam emails from the company, to the point that my Inbox is rammed with adverts for their products. Needless to say, none of the emails tells me when the product I have actually ordered and paid for will be arriving. In the meantime, I have resorted to using another online company and they have already delivered my product - beautifully made and also with free delivery. I will never use My Picture again and I (strongly) DO NOT recommend them. Still waiting to see if my product ever turns up... the occasion it was intended for as a gift has sadly now passed...”
