“I ordered a canvas, it arrived on a piece of plastic, and half the picture is missing, the picture I uploaded fitted perfect in the template. Why is this a .co.uk website and the goods come from Germany?? Very disappointed with what I paid for, it’s for a 50th birthday present and now I’m going to have to try and find a professional company to do it for me. Wouldn’t recommend this company, absolute disgraceful what I was sent”
