“Good price, excellent product (Canvas prints); delivery (via UPS) was sooner than expected and tracking information was good ; product was well packaged. The only thing to watch out for is to make sure you have a very high quality photo: if you do that, the prints are superb, but can be a bit iffy if the DPI is below 100.”

Only problem was UPS who failed to deliver on specified day, then gave me incorrect information and then tried to blame My-Picture.co.uk for delayed delivery by suggesting it hadn’t been packaged properly, which it had. Maybe use a different delivery
company.

“4th & 5th canvasses ordered and received within days. Usual high quality. Only downside was delivery by UPS. Nobody at home to take delivery as held up at vastly extended hospital appointment for most of day so UPS returned items to the local pick-up point. No option of another delivery date given so had to get somebody to drive me to collect due to my not being able to drive after the hospital visit for an eye operation. As pick up point 10 minutes away would have expected to be offered the option of another delivery or, even better, leaving with next-door neighbour. Driver obviously in a hurry.”
