“We ordered some prints for a relative's birthday and the prints were due to arrive a few days before they arrived from abroad, so that they had them in good time.
The prints arrived and they were nothing like we ordered.
We contacted the customer service team and spoke to a fairly unhelpful lady. When I explained the situation she told me, "These things happen".
I had by this stage been on the phone for at least 5 minutes not really getting anywhere and asked to make a formal complaint, to which I was told, "Your are".
Poor customer service.
Poor shipping.
Poor telephone mannerism.”

I ordered a picture of my late father on the wood effect option.
When I received it the wood was cheap ply board. It was distorted and chipped . Chunks were missing out of the wood.
I complained and was sent a replacement, yet again the quality was shocking .
I again company and was more or less told I'd sent photos of the first attempt and was trying to rip them off.
After sending a picture to prove this they said they would send yet again another replacement.
I asked for a full refund or for the print to be on a different material.
The response I got was you cant have a refund or a different material ????.
Seriously !!!.
I was offered 40% discount off my next purchase as my refund.
This company as no customer service skills
Please order with caution.
