“extrêmement mauvaise !!! tout d'abord, je n'ai reçu qu'un seul frigo au lieu des deux commandés et payés! j'ai écris à mystore et à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse à ce sujet par conséquent, je vais transmettre ce dossier à mon avocat! c'est inadmissible.”

“Je suis très déçu, un des t-shirts que j'ai reçu est de mauvaise qualité il comporte des tâches, et je n'ai apparemment pas la possibilité de le retourner se que je trouve inadmissible, j'ai écris une demande de contact le 21.10 et je n'ai reçu aucun mail de retour concernant ma plainte.”

“Sehr Schlecht leider!!!! ich hatte diese Bestellung aufgegeben da das Laufband noch im Sommer geliefert werden sollte (zumindest wurde dies so versprochen). am 16.10 habe ich das Laufband immer noch nicht erhalten, trotz 2 Anfragen bei Ihnen. Leider eine schlechte Erfahrung (die erste bei Ihnen).”

“Très mauvais ! Un retour plus cher que la marchandise ne s'est jamais vu !!! Autant je comprends que les retours de commande ls soit à la charge du client selon vos conditions, autant je ne comprends pas pour une commande très volumineuse soit soit à votre! Cela s'appelle de la vente.ll forcée. Le prix du retour est égal au prix de la marchandise? En plus la banquette est defectudeuse ! Je ne commanderie plus chez vous !!!”
