“Ich finde es schlecht, dass man das Geld nicht zurückbekommt bei Rücksendungen sondern einen Gutschein. Darum werde ich bei mystore nichts mehr bestellen.”

“Disaster. Bought champagne deliberately on their website due to short shipping time, with express delivery 1-2 working days. Arrived 4 days later, after the party I bought it for. Tracking link with the courier did not work, Customer service did not even apologize, could not cancel my order, did not offer any commercial gesture.”

“Une catastrophe : pendant que le statut de ma livraison mentionnait "en cours" sur le site, mon colis attendait en poste restante. Le service client est très lent et a été incapable de m'aider pour savoir où était mon colis (en me fournissant le no de livraison de la poste par exemple). D'autre part, le produit commandé est arrivé abimé mais vu la gabegie au niveau du service client, j'ai préféré le garder abimé. Une très mauvaise expérience.”
