“Il était écrit un départ entre le 25 et le 30 novembre et à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. J'ai envoyé un mail mais on ne m'a toujours pas répondu. Je ne sais pas si je ferai à nouveau appel à vos services dans le futur.”

“Nervenaufreibend aufgrund mangelnder Kommunikation zum Kunden bei Lieferschwierigkeiten. Als Kunde muss man allen Informationen hinterherrennen. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Schriftliche Kommunikation findet statt nach bis zu 4 Tagen Wartezeit.”

“Le produit est parfait mais il y a eu une erreur sur la taille M à la place du L. Au final c’est un tout petit peu serré mais ça va. Le colis a été déposé dans l’immeuble mais sur le rebord des escaliers. Ce n’est pas normal, par chance j’ai bien eu mon colis.”

“Fehlerhaft. Bohrungen, Linearführungen falsch oder falsch gesetzt. Bohrungen mussten nachträglich gemacht werden. Linearführung zu lang! Dübellöcher zu gross. Alles musste geleimt werden. Zum Teil sind die Flächen zerkratzt, abgeplatzt oder dreckig. Kleinteile fehlen, oder sind unzureichend vorhanden.”
