“Mauvaise J’ai commandé 8petites cocottes. Lors de la livraison 3 avaient les poignées cassées. L’emballage n’était pas bien protégé. C’était pour un cadeau. Donc je ne peux offrir qu’un demi cadeau. Terriblement déçu. D’ailleurs j’attends toujours une réponse de votre part ayant retourné l’emballage avec les pièces cassées. Meilleures salutations malgré tout. A. Pailleron”

“Leider wurde die falsche Grösse des bestellten Artikels geliefert. Die Rücksendung erweist sich als Albtraum. Rücksendung via App oder Website funktioniert nicht. Auf mehrere Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Hänge stundenlang in der Hotline ohne jemals mit Jemanden zu sprechen.”
