“Box really damaged. Had to give to the mother to be it was baby shower . But did not like explaining that the box was not second hand and it arrived damaged !”

“Has been buying gifts and things for my own kids for the last 4-5 years from my 1st years but just recieved a bag recently and felt the quality has really gone down hill .. it’s so flimsy compared to the one I ordered 2 years ago for my daughter!”

“Unfortunately I had to return some wellies that I had ordered for my grandson. After a few emails I did receive guidance as to returning but found it stressful. I feel a return label sent with goods would be an easier option for those of us not so confident online.”

“I have bought so much from My 1st years since my granddaughter was born last years. From toys, to bathrobes, christmas stockings and scaks and cuddly toys and I can say wothout a doubt that they have all been exceptional. The service is also excellent - quick delivery and I love the gift boxex they come in. Aloos the personalisation on the gifts makes them so special. I have recommended you to many freiends who are also as happy as I am!”
