“I have used this company a few times and although I have been pleased with the items I have had problems with receiving damaged gift boxes which results in delays but their customer service is very good however I have had another order in the ladt few weeks and again the gift box was damaged and one of the items had marks on it but the customer service was quick to send out replacements however the Evri company have never delivered the replacement order and I am still waiting so I must admit that even although the customer service is good I'm not sure if I would order again as it is quite disappointing and takes away any pleasure of receiving the order as it delays the time to give the baby gift.”

“Happy with the order but the delivery took longer than it’s on your policy. Little disappointed because that was a birthday gift for our friends so we had to give him later . “The wrong product was sent out to me and they refused to send me the right one until I had, at my own cost (until I requested a prepaid label) and inconvenience, packaged back up the wrong product and they had received it back! So the thing I ordered in time for an important event never made it... Their customer services was pretty abysmal it was as if I had sent the wrong product out to myself. I won't be rushing to order from them again which is a shame as they have some nice products.”
