“I ordered a personalised blanket for our daughters first mothers day with her baby who was born 10 weeks early and in NICU the wording was not spelt correctly i was told in my response " we all make human mistakes " which yes we are all human but that response was darn right rude and condescending , I received the correct spelling on a new blanket too late to gift on mothers day with no compensation offered from such a big company I am very disappointed as this is our first grandchild and was looking forward to buying My First year personalised goods but the response I received has upset me and I am not begging for compensation I can afford to buy my grandson whatever It was the principal of the matter”
