“I bought the cute little personalised picnic set, but unfortunately there was a fault in the outer paintwork. I contacted customer services, who after seeing a photo, sent a returns label for it to be returned and sent a replacement within 48 hours. A fabulous product with excellent customer service.Thank you.”

“The items ordered were good value and well made. Arrived quickly too. I ordered two puzzles but for two different people and only came with one box and one personalised note. The daily spamming of daily marketing emails is a bit much too which has put me off re ordering”
