“My food bag has changed our lives! We used to have a fair amount of food waste from over buying at the supermarket and we NEVER have that anymore. It’s helped my partner and I to experiment with flavours and ingredients we never have before and the convenience of the whole system is in a league of its own. We always look forward to our box arriving and the meal themselves are so quick and easy to follow we’ve never looked back.”

“We’re absolutely loving having a new dish each night, trying new flavours and techniques as well as getting out of the rut of eating the same old meals we used to. Having plant based food also eliminates some of the food issues we face and helps increase our daily vege intake. Being delivered to the door too... it’s absolutely awesome”

“I am loving my Fresh Start food bag. I have been receiving it for a few weeks now and haven't had a bad meal from it. It contains food items that I would not necessarily have bought (mostly the different grains and some of the spices) but this has only helped to widen my knowledge and taste of these items. My husband is also enjoying the meals and has been preparing some of the meals as he finds the recipes easy to follow and is always pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this food bag to anyone who wants to control their calorie intake - the produce is first class and the recipes thorough and easy to read. So a big thanks to Nadia and all her crew who have made my life so much easier, especially during the lockdown. Thank you guys, it's really appreciated.”

“I really love the flavour and the variety of the plant-based meal plan. Every week I am surprised by new recipes I have never tried, and the portion sizes are generous to keep me full. I truly enjoy that My Food Bag source the produce locally and packaging feels light in comparison to other subscription services I've tried. Highly recommend!”

“We love my food bag!! We’re all super busy and it takes all the guess work out of wondering what to have for dinner! It’s so convenient having everything laid out and knowing you’re going to have something super delicious and super healthy every night. We’ve also learnt so much about cooking and had some meals we never would have thought Of by ourselves, our minds are so open now! There is no chance I’ll ever revert to not doing my food bag!”

“Full of Flavour. We've had some awesome meals. Quick and easy to prepare. Like the creative and new ways we are learning to use staple ingredients such as cauliflower roasted with Moroccan spices, instead of cauliflower with cheese or just stir fried or pearl barley which I have only ever used in soups or stews as a salad that was so yummy. The recipes really push the boundaries for us.”

“We have really enjoyed My Food Bag since joining over a month ago . It’s exciting having something new and different every night for dinner . The stress of thinking of what to eat every night and going to the shops to buy the ingredients is taken away . We look forward to evenings together chatting over a glass of wine about our day while prepping and cooking all the ingredients bringing us closer together as a couple . We find we actually don’t waste so much food anymore either which is an added bonus .”
