“My Food Bag is so convenient and with great new recipes every week. I have learned new ways of preparing meals and we have developed a new and healthy taste in cuisine. But what I like most is there is no waste. The portion size is just right and often there is enough for lunch the next day. My fridge isn't full of food I haven't got around to cooking or eating and I am not throwing out food which has gone off before I have used it.”

“Just thrilled with My Food Bag. Reasonably priced, good recipes, fresh food. Has made my life a lot easier :-) The only small difficulty I find is the set out of the recipes. Every recipe I seem to forget something as I don't find the layout to be organised in sequence particularly well. Overall though, its fantastic . Thank you”

“We have been having my food bag for 2 delivered since October and we have been so impressed not only with the quality of the food but also the great customer service. We are loving trying new things and the variety of vegetables and salads. Even though we are not using fresh start, my partner has lost weight due to having healthy food and better portion sizes, and is looking and feeling much better for it. And better still we spend less time and money at the supermarket. Thanks Nadia and the team. Seasons Greetings.”

“My Veggie food bag has been a life saver this term. As a teacher Term 4 is always busy report writing, swimming lessons, new class lists, Leavers dinner and in my case packing up my classroom as I am having a years leave without pay to travel. In-between teaching students! My class of five year olds were so excited about Christmas and the holidays. getting my food bag meant there was not problem when two German students turned up for a week. The food was ready to go. I could asked my vegetarian friends over for dinner and sometimes we chose what we'd like to eat. My brain could enjoy the task of cooking without the extra load of menu preparation and shopping. I have enjoyed a wide variety of food from different countries. The freshness of produce is excellent. The quick cooking times meant when getting late in from work you can still eat an inviting meal within 30-40 minutes. I've learnt new tricks to reduce cooking time. Have recommended my food bag at this busy tine of year to several friends just to reduce their household load. Thank you. I can eat visually attractive and nutritional meals. Yum Fiona”

“I have been getting the Fresh Start 5 now for 8 or 9 weeks and each week there has been new and exciting delicious meals for me to make. I have not only been amazed at the variety of meals (there has not been one the same) in the whole 9 weeks but more than that I have loved every single one of them. I keep the ingredients of the little packets of spices so that i can replicate them myself on my "days off" There is also a benefit that being a single person sometimes I just could not be bothered to cook for myself - well let me tell you that has changed - each night i look forward to collecting my ingredients for my meal from the fridge/ pantry and assembling a feast of flavour. What a fantastic experience this has been for me and what is more I HAVE LOST WEIGHT DOING IT!!!! Win Win as far as i can see. Game changer for me. Diane”

“The boxes are fantastic, they make us sit down and eat as a family in the week and always give me inspiration. Lots of new recipes that we have now included in family favourites! I can always change things slightly to fix the fussy eaters in the house and when I have more people for dinner I just get more of the ingredients. The flexibility of it is great.”

“My vegetarian daughter came home from university for the holidays so I decided to order My Vege Food Bag to take the stress out of meal ideas in my busy day. It’s had an awesome spin off for the whole family as we are getting to share the extra vegetarian portion between us as our sides to meat or fish. Even better that my daughter is doing the cooking for us all and learning how to cook for herself in her flat next year!”
