“I initially ordered My Food Bag prior to having significant surgery. We have tried three different bags. The four adults in our home have all loved the variety of foods and interesting meals. Everything is of top quality and fresh (Something I am known for being very fussy about). We all commented about the new ideas/ways of doing things we have learnt. I’ve noticed an increase in the social /sharing aspect of the meal prep too which is lovely. It’s good value and I am in no hurry to stop our order 11 weeks later. I also love how easy it is to make any changes we want to what we order.”

“About to try the gluten free option. Previously have purchased the gourmet option. I would like to see a gluten free option for 2 people, 4 nights. Gourmet option has been wonderful, but I have to mess around changing out non gluten free ingredients a bit.”

“My food bag delivers great recipes and fresh produce. they deliver fresh new recipes every week, lots of fresh vege's are included including a range of meats. I do wish My Food Bag used less plastic as some things come in plastic that are unnecessary but I do see them make an effort with regards to minimising plastic use.”

“My food bag is great. Only disappointing thing is that they don’t collect the old boxes when delivering a new one. Have used competing services before and they do this. Now I have a pile of old boxes!”

“We are a family of four. With two teenage boys. We add more rice, potatoes, kumara etc to fill up the boys. Otherwise enjoying the flavours and recipes. Boys are also each cooking a meal!!”

“We have been receiving the Fresh Start (5 nights for 2) for 10 weeks now. We have enjoyed the convenience and the variety, we are yet to have the same meal twice. There have been a few instances of missed ingredients, but the customer love team are swift to respond and rectify the error. As with any 'one size fits all' food delivery service, there has been the odd meal that was not to my taste, but I have enjoyed the vast majority of the recipes on offer and have collected a few favourites along the way. I have used Fresh Start in combination with regular exercise and healthy eating throughout the rest of the day and have noticed several positive changes; Improved sleep, better moods, higher energy levels, reduced need for caffeine, clearer skin, better digestion and weight loss (I've lost 5kgs in 9 weeks). Overall my experience of Fresh Start has been positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a boost in the right direction.”

“We’ve been getting My Food Bag for two months now. It is so much easier, coming home to a kitchen where all the ingredients are there (no frequent trips to the supermarket) and where we don’t have to think and decide what to cook. The meals are healthy, low calorie (we get the Lite meals) and tasty. I recommend Nadia Lim’s meals to everybody!!!”

“So easy with food delivered to your door but can still take a bit of prep work which can be hard when tired from work and hungry kids waiting. Delicious meals with My classic food bag Even the very fussy kids are enjoying this better than the My veg food bag”
