worst delivery service ever. insist they have delivered (sending me a pic with a house which is clearly not mine) and yet they insist it would be mine .... impossible to get through on their customer service or getting a proper answer. on top of that pic that was sent looks like the parcel was left in front of a house (in the middle of London) which goes without saying is clearly stolen within 5 minutes

Most useless company about! Lied to 3 days in a row saying a parcel had been attempted to be delivered but no one was in….it’s my place of work with open doors and 5-6 people there daily!!! I now have / expensive canvas prints flying around god knows where and to make it worse they were Christmas presents for my parents!!! Can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone!!! Online chat is as much use as a chocolate fireguard!! Email address is not in use!!!! AVOID USING HERMES AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Only getting 1 star as I can’t give 0!!!!! Ridiculous joke of a company!!!!

One day Hermes will cause a death. This is not about a Hermes product or service. It is about their attitude. We work next door to their enormous depot in Bilton Way Enfield and every day the road - both ways - is clogged in the AM with their couriers which seize Bilton Way up both ways. Quite often their couriers park on the highway because there is nowhere else for them to go. Today my car grazed a flatbed truck parked on the road with his hazards going because there was nowhere else for him to go causing substantial damage to my car. The lesson here. if Hermes bothered to act responsibly then the truck would not have been parked in the road and I would not have grazed it. is this news to Hermes? No I have rung them, the police and the council; and complained as have other business down Bilton Way and what has happened. Nothing - no one cares. But they will when there is a fatality - maybe your nan. maybe your kid. Then it will be all tears and wringing hands but by then it will be too late. Disgusting business!

A disaster. They have now got three parcels of mine waiting to be delivered for Christmas and have not updated tracking for more than ten days now. I ordered the gifts in good times for Christmas and this company have let many people down. No way of getting accurate updates just a ridiculous robot to chat to online that does nothing that I cannot do myself update wise. Awful.

Very poor service. Hermes mis-delivered my package, which was correctly addressed with my name and post code. I complained and given incident reference number with the promise, via email, that they would get back to me. Subsequently, they have given me no information about what happened with my parcel. Contact with them is limited, you can only chat with an autobot, called Holly. I had to resort to finding out the whereabouts of my package which I eventually tracked down at the local surgery a fair distance away from my home. I advise avoiding the use of the services of this courier!

Driver throws parcels - complained once - heard nothing but parcel arrived unbroken so let it slide. Next one arrived smashed. Everything is included on the 'not covered by compensation list'. Won't be using again and won't be buying from any shops that use Hermes and I will make sure they know that is why I'm not buying from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT BUY FROM ANYONE WHO USES THEM AS A POSTAL SERVICE I got some expensive trainers and seller used Hermes courier When the parcel was delivered it had Hermes tape on to federal The trainers had been taken out and an open bottle of hand wash was put in there Contents stolen and replaced with a liquid The seller was lovely and refunded me because she saw from delivery photo that the parcel wasn’t in the condition she sent it in and from their repackaging couldn’t of possibly containers the trainers in a box that she had posted Initially I thought the seller was dishonest but the delivery photo proved and instant refund proved that wasn’t the case The seller also thought I was trying to scam her for a refund until she saw the photo Please avoid at all costs this is theft

This is now the fourth parcel that has gone missing cannot reorder from the company as they have sold out. The Autobot appropriately name Holly for Christmas is rubbish cannot speak with anyone, the companies who are using the, desperately need to change they are atrocious absolutely atrocious. Once they took a photo of a carrier bag making out an item was delivered!!!!! Unbelievable!! So out of all items there have been a total of 9 items in four parcels vanished!!!! Ruined my gifting I ordered in plenty of item I’ve been robbed off for so long. If only we could chooose the courier service when we ordered that would be wonderful, but no we have our hands tied to this tin pot useless outfit!

The worst company in the world. A terrible, unprofessional company has once again lost my package. They can't even give me any information about what happened with my parcel. Contact with them is limited, you can only chat with an automated robot in the chat. For the last few days they have only been apologizing and saying that my package is delayed, it was a Christmas present. I will stop using stores that use this courier. I advise against using the services of this courier! Avoid!

* Parcel was "Received" (not really) * Postcode and Tracking number do not match (so cant see photo) * Cannot contact anyone apart from robots TOTAL TRASH. I would rather through my next parcel in the trash bin than sending it with Hermes.

Don't sent anything electronic or of value with them as it will never reach the destination. I had my parcel nicked by the driver when collecting it from the parcelshop, trying to speak with someone at customer service is almost impossible. I used them because they're cheap but i guess they're cheap for a reason, they're company motto is "the parcel people" they should change to to "the parcel STEALING people", absolutely ridiculous, I'll never use them again and I think everyone should avoid sending with them, just pay a little extra and get a better service.

NEVER BUT NEVER USE HERMES FOR PARCELS, NEVERE CAN FIND SUPPORT, IM WAITING MY PARCELS OVER ONE MONTH AND NO ANY UPDATES, IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T DO IT!!!!

Appalling service. We have had our last x6 parcels returned to sender no one to contact. Feels like drivers are not incentivised to deliver when you live outside a central location. We live 2 miles from our local village in a small hamlet of 4 houses and all 4 houses have the same poor service. Very frustrating as retailers won't refund until they have received goods back which is taking weeks

DO NOT USE HERMES!!!!! Not one of my parcels have turned up!! 7 parcels over 2 weeks all from different retailers ‘lost in transit’ absolute shambles of a company also used them to send parcels which have also not reached their destination! They clearly have people stealing to sell items on! Hundreds of Xmas presents for my children gone and now out of stock

The lady who bought our Cath Kidston crockery just sent pics to show cups and saucers smashed to bits. She said she could tell the moment she picked it up, so the delivery driver must also have known. It was all individually carefully and tightly wrapped and cushioned, and we wrote fragile on every face of the box and in the 'delivery instructions'. It might be the Hermes guy who delivers to us: he literally throws stuff onto the ground and into the back of his van. Does not give a s**t whatsoever.

Absolutely useless. Tracking dose not update. No one to talk to. 2 day service and 8 days later still waiting. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this company. I won’t use them and I wish I had informed the seller not to use either. Hermes you are a joke and I wish people would stop using them.
