Would not recommend these people, my parcels where smashed to pieces I double boxed and bubble wrapped everything these where items that where made of hard plastic not even glass, 1 parcel arrived with a shoe print on it and squashed, absolutely disgusted with them, paid good money for a service which they did not provide. AVOID

Very bad and unacceptable experience Very bad and unacceptable experience ! I do not recommend to use this company in any occasion . I have been waiting for a parcel for over 6 days . At the begging they delivered my parcel to the wrong address . I have contacted my retailer and they assured me that they will send the parcel again. I was home waiting and all of a sudden i received an email saying that they tried to deliver my parcel but they didn't find anyone and they are going to try again on monday!!! Such a huge lie since i was at home the whole day!!!!!! I am very disappointed and frustrating as i am going abroad on Monday and i haven't received it !!!

They have lost several parcels. and do nothing to find them. They claim they don't have the "authority" to investigate their own collection depots. If you use them, always get full insurance.

Lost item, but Hermes will not admit it. Item shipped 13 days ago. For 11 days tacking says delivery today or tomorrow. I tried to file a lost item claim on day 12. Hermes responded "Query Resolved" saying item would be delivered tomorrow, which is what their dishonest tracking system has been saying for 11 days. These people are incompetent and dismissive of customers who depend on them. They treat customers as the enemy. The problem has got to start at the very top. This company needs a new Managing Director. My local driver says the company is in total disarray.

3 parcels sent from me to the same address - tracking did not change for days then 2 parcels were delivered on 2 separate days. Still awaiting delivery of 3rd parcel after 5 days. The second parcel received was soaking wet and glasses wrapped inside in copious amounts of bubbles wrap were smashed to a million pieces - they really don't care about their customers or the parcel contents - I will never use Hermes again.

I just want to start off by saying that your company is the worst ever and I have never had so much people say the same thing about your company.. If I could start a petition to get you guys closed and no longer in business seriously I would! ... Any way would just like to complain about an order that was due to be deliverd by your company after waiting all day for my parcel eventually at (7:30) PM I luckily I saw the white van park out side my house with the hazards lights on I opened my patio door to think why is the guy taking so long to ring the buzzer he was on his device thing in the car and then all of a sudden drove off! I was fuming I saw him turn up the road so I ran down stairs in my car and drove and speed up to him his car was parked and I waited for him to get back to the car and I saw him with a parcel so I knew he was a delivery guy.. I asked him are you delivering from Hermes and he said yes so I said to him I've had to chase you down the street you was outside my house and drove off I've been waiting all day for my parcel which you have... He asked my address and said no! I was persistent you have my stuff why would you park outside my house he looked in the van and said no nothing there I wernt giving up I told him to look properly so I was in the van looking helping him which is so embarrassing then he turned round and said oh here it is I Was sooo angry I called him so unprofessional at to which he quickly got in the car and drove off... This is why people give your company a bad name your company ,your workers are just so unequipt to even run a service why are you guys even in work it's horrendous please forward my email to the ceo of Hermes we really wouldn't miss nothing if your company went bust it's so annoying.. I think I speak for all the public we are happy with dpd, yodel,ups but your company is straight TRASH it happens all the time with this company I don't think I have ever had a smooth delivery with your company

Parcel from Amazon was sent via Hermes, parcel never arrived yet showed delivered and signed for . Checked cctv and no parcel or person delivered to my home. Contact them and they will only deal with retailer. Worst delivery company I know, this is the 2nd time they claim to have delivered and nothing has arrived. Avoid them , don't use them , waste of time and money if you do.

Avoid Hermes like the plague. Booked through Interparcel, late delivery, paid extra for 'signed for' and extra for them to text recipient. Neither of these things happened, parcel was dumped outside the front door! Still having read other reviews I consider myself lucky that it reached its destination at all!! Will never use this company again!

4 alleged delivery attempts, with 3 different excuses. No means of chasing up failed deliveries. No response from the complaints department. Drivers don't tell the truth on the job logs and the on-line chat are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. They don't do anything but empathise about the issue.

Couriers lie when they say they have "attempted delivery". I have been in on the numerous occasions over the past few weeks when they have said that they have been unable to deliver - they dont knock the door, ring the bell (i can hear my bell all over the house and in my back garden) or leave a card and one time I was actually outside my front door when they said they had tried to deliver - unbelievable!!!! I have had a parcel booked for collection now for 2 weeks, still waiting and I have rung the company it is due to go back to 3 times because I need the items credited back to my account. Dont bother calling them, it is an automated service (although it states clearly on their website that their customer service representatives are available to take your calls 8am - 8pm?) and webChat is a joke, they eventually just tell you to contact the retailer instead of sorting their couriers out which is where the entire problem lies.

My parcel has been lost - Look at below update . Sums up the company what i have said They say they delivered my parcel to a secure letterbox I DO NOT have a letter box which works. I was also in the day and time they delivered. I then call and they say it is in the warehouse waiting to be delivered. Next time I contact they say again it had been delivered. Lost £200 with this company. They are cowboys which lie , drivers are thiefs. Avoid avoid avoid. Look at the below. If I had not lost £200 it would be funny Delivered Monday and then back out for delivery Tuesday even thou showed delivered on Monday. They have no phone number and hide behind a messaging service. What a Joke they are. I will never use them again and we not buy from a company who do use them. Tuesday 06:56 - Sorted at regional depot Monday 16:25 - Delivered to safe place more info Monday 15:00 - With the local courier Monday 07:20 - Sorted at regional depot Monday 07:16 - For delivery today (8:00am - 8:00pm) Monday 07:10 - Sorted at regional depot Sunday 21:02 - Centrally sorted Saturday 21:14 - We're expecting your parcel Edit

Parcel 1. Delivered on the correct day but to the wrong address Luckily it was a neighbour that I get along with. Tracking system stated it had been put through the letter box as no one was home. Actually it was a dress stuffed through my neighbours letter box and no attempt was made to see if anyone was home. CCTV proved this. Parcel 2. Delivered 3 days late. placed behind a flower pot. Again, no attempt to see if anyone is in. I work from home and answer the door to many deliveries.

Absolutely awful company, keep saying on there tracking system that they attempted delivery, no way possible at the time they said as i was outside working on my front door when they said they tried.

Terrible business STAY AWAY. Used them for about a month before one of me parcels was "lost" - what actually happened was the driver left the parcel OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE from where it most likely got stolen. It took "customer service" TEN days of vague replies and dodging answers to finally giving me a claim form which reimbursed me for less than half of the value of my parcel, all because of the drivers incompetency.

They didn't collect the parcel for 6 consecutive days despite assurances it would be collected the following day. The tracking label expired so they then cancelled the collection all togather!

If I could go lower than 1star I would Absolutely terrible service!!!! (Wallasey area) The courier driver said to the company I purchased my product from it was delivered to the customer which is me, This is Absolutely impossible because I don't have a bell for my flat upstairs so how can I receive it. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Horrible service. Parcel lost in transit and contacting customer service is a nightmare. Tracking shows tried to deliver twice but recipient says no one came and no card left. Contacted myhermes 3 times over chat, every time different answers. Finally was able to reach over phone and was told that depot has come back and saying that parcel is now lost. And again one more email came that now parcel is damaged and will be disposed off. I will never use myhermes again. Not directly or not through shutl. Just avoid this company unless it is last one left in the market.

Parcel supposedly left in no-existing porch because we were out. Singed for by unknown person (probably the driver). BUT NO PARCEL. Customer services (I wish) keep saying parcel was delivered and signed for. They do not respond to questions, they do not appear to even read our complaints. No real action, no satisfactory explanation, NOT INTERESTED. This is probably the worst companies I have ever dealt with over the past 50 years!! My recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost.

really very disappoint with there service, Not a responsible they are , i book collection of my Parcel it was expensive Machine, My order shown on track list in the depot , After 8 days continuously Chasing them , today they said claim the Parcel and they want to pay me £20 only and Machine cost is £350.Every day i chat with them and they said contact after 24 hour then we able to see your order.last 4 days they repeat the same thing.Its quite big parcel in 10 KG box how they missed my parcel.And they pack the parcel there own box and they see my Machine as well.If they want to solve the problem they do as Parcel last scanned on there depot , they need to check the CCTV .
