I insured a package and when it arrived broken I approached them for settlement. I was told I had sent an 'excluded' item. My gripe with myhermes is that this information of excluded items was not on the very first page. Why would I go to all the trouble to insure and send an excluded item. If I had known it was excluded I would have either not sent it or sent it with a 'buyer beware' and then not gone to the all the trouble of asking for recompense if I had known it was excluded. The complaints team was efficient but unfriendly and very unsympathetic. I will not be using them again nor recommending them.

My package was never delivered, and I have never heard from them. Simply disgusting.

2 separate deliveries from 2 separate companies .. both despatched from retailer on same day. Checked tracking on both parcels one says posted through letter box, it was not, and the other says delivery attempted .. interesting as neither item would have fit through the letter box and how both items are now missing .. despite nobody being able to locate my items they cannot consider it missing until Monday ... another 4 days! Will be watching very carefully from whom I buy online .. I wouldn't risk it with these thieves and liars not even one more time!

The customer service team bluntly disconnected me as she didn't want to deal with my issue. She just said, we can't do anything and disconnected. Any company should provide a service or at least have a curtesy to listen. Disgusting company, avoid if youcan

So unbeleivably bad stay well clear of using them or companys that use them. All deliverys are late so dont bother wasting time and money on next dayyear's deliverys and dont waste credit calling there fully automated customer service line

been told lie after lie as to the where abouts of my parcel , was given several different reasons why it wasn't delivered , was promised faithfully that it would arrive to the recipient with in 24 hours only to have it arrive back on my doorstep an hour later , I paid £10,99 and would not refund , nothing but liars and con artists I'm fuming ,

Sender sent parcel last week monday, i contacted hermes friday as tracking hadnt changed from droped via parcelshop. They told me it was lost. So i buy another tyre for my bike as its needed and i expect nothing but a refund from my original tyre seller as its lost. Then this morning (wednesday the week following) my doorbell goes and heres the tyre i dont want or need. Thanks hermes, this is why i wouldnt use you. 0 stars more applicable.

To be honest I am wondering how they still alive.Tried to send few times with collection option.The driver never comes to collect on time.2-3 days later when the parcel already been dropped off.Customer service is awful.No direct phone only rubbish live chat .Why they don't want to speak with the customers ??Because that they will need to hire 500 people to sort all their poor service. Do not recommend use them using collection .

Never delivering my parcels always putting delivery been attempted. Courier never coming but just putting he been. Always need weeks to sort things out. Retailers made mistake to choose that kind of delivery option. I made big order from Zara with next day delivery and i still cant get what i paid for,because of courier. Once I was waiting for two weeks ti get my parcel. Very poor customer service. They always saying tomorrow gonna be again delivery. I'm sorry In not blind u can see myself from tracking. But that is the ting tomorrow that didnt come as well. And every single day only apologise and promises and nothing else. SO Disappointed.

As i was not in, the MyHermes delivery driver threw my parcel (clearly marked FRAGILE) over my 8 foot back gate onto my patio. Contents destroyed. Vendor attempted to claim compensation but MyHermes said it wasn't their fault! Vendor refunded me but is out of pocket. MyHermes - your practices and customer service are shameful. You will eventually go out of business if you continue like this. "Successfully delivered" is what you claim on your confirmation emails. Successful! What a joke.

Very bad service. Item hasn't arrived but was signature. Terrible! The worst delivery which I know. Never use this company again!

If I could give a minus score I would. The last 5 parcels delivered by Hermes: • Large box. Sender paid for it to be signed for. Covered in FRAGILE stickers. Chucked over a 7ft spiked gate. • 2 x large boxes. Sender paid for it to be signed for. Chucked over 6ft back garden gate. • A parcel from John Lewis. Supposed to be either signed for or left in a secure location. Left beside front door whilst I was at work. Not surprisingly it was stolen! • Medium size box with fragile goods. Meant to be signed for. Chucked over 6ft back garden gate. myHermes you are absolutely terrible and I would never recommend anyone to ever use you. Gobsmackingly terrible. Be ashamed of yourself as a company.

no card through the door to say they missed me even tho I had a email to say it could not be delivered. only to find out the driver chucked it over next doors back gate so far it got to the back door. my parcel was electrical ! also it was raining. NOT HAPPY there are problems every time I get a delivery from your company. your drivers do not care!!

I have never had any problems with packages delivered by Hermes. I always receive a highly professional service and the driver for my area is excellent. Thanks.

disgusting behavior for a supposedly top flight delivery company. nobody at home for an hour on delivery day so they left a £500 pc in a blue recycling bin on the driveway accessible to anyone walking by.....UNBELIEVABLE !!

Sender sent parcel on monday, now its friday and ive checked tracking and it hasnt moved an inch. Customer services on web chat just keep saying theres been a delay and keep checking tracking info but i personally think this is a joke. Its a tyre and i live in midlands so not exactly a tricky parcel. I just think hermes are inadequate and i personally wouldnt use them if in a rush for your item. Theyre not far off china post in my opinion but in their defence they have many more miles and seas to conquer before i receive my item. Thanks.
