Second delivery in a row that has not been delivered on time. Waited all day and get an email at 10pm informing me that they tried to deliver and no one was at home. Hermes lied. Another wasted day yesterday. I do not know why John Lewis use them, they can afford better for their customers.

the worse company I have seen … DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY the worse company I have ever-come across, they just leave the parcel on incorrect address , no track whom the have delivered. if you are really really lucky, they will bother to deliver on correct address and without ringing the bell , leave card saying no one is there. DO NOT WASTE your time and money, Better to pay £3.00 extra and send with some good company,

This is the singularly worst parcel carrier I have ever ever had the misfortune to have anything to do with - don't use them - they lie and the customer service is appalling. I have been waiting on a parcel which the driver has alledgidly tried to deliver 5 times - what he clearly doesn't know is that I can check via our cctv that the time he says he says hes here he most defiantly is not - liars all of them!

Absolutely dreadful company, they don't even deserve one star. After losing a parcel, they are refusing to refund the cost of postage or compensate me for the lost item. As it was an item I sold on ebay, I've had the refund the customer and I am now the one out-of-pocket, even though they're the ones who lost the parcel! Avoid these cheating crooks at all costs.

A NIGHT MARE ! THE WORST OF THE WORST COURIERS FORGED SIGNATURE AND DUMPS PACKAGE, NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY GO MISSING. CUSTOMER SERVICES A NIGHTMARE, NO COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE NO CONTACT DETAILS FOR CEO. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !

Sent a parcel of goods to be auctioned for a Charity. Parcel arrived ripped and minus several items but with a pair of shoes that I did not send. Hermes have used every trick in the book rather than compensate.The latest being the excuse that one of the stolen items is classed as a prohibited item as it was a Nail Polish so therefore liquid. However, they claim that this gives them the right to refuse compensation for the other items that were stolen as well. I have only ever asked them to make a contribution of £20 to the Charity that has lost valuable funds due to their staff stealing from the parcel. They won't even do that. So beware of sending Xmas parcels via Hermes.

Wanted to give 0 stars but couldn’t unfortunately. Invoicing me for a parcel that was apparently 5cm longer than maximum, which I know was definitely not! Rip off company and will never use again!

they are just awful. parcel vanished, no customer services. only a 'live chat' robot who just said it wouldnt be delivered and to contact the sender. DONT USE

Delivered to wrong address, no attempt to handover to occupant (both actual and wrong address had people at home at time delivery was logged). Luckily we have good neighbours, even half way down the street! Call centre only told me what I already knew from the online tracking. Recommend using a different courier - pay a bit extra, but more chance of getting your stuff

Their drivers lie. Never made an attempted delivery. No card left either. Saud would deliver the next day but they didn’t. I’ve no idea where my parcel is and customer care doesn’t know either as ‘it’s out for delivery’ avoid like the plague

Courier failed to pickup parcel two days running claiming they had called noone was available absolute rubbish when hounded into showing up refused to take parcel as it LOOKED too heavy he didnt touch parcel how could he tell i could it was 1.2 kg inside limit bone idle i will never knowingly book with these cowboys again

Tracking system did not work kept getting message, Bar code is parcel no, not recognised, when goods arrived contents broken despite handle with care on packaging. not the first time this has happened. bar code 91-252-07-62302637-5

Myhermes lost my parcel I posted and have refused compensation on the total of £42. That was bad enough and now they will not refund the postage of £5.99 I paid for their service. They have more or less told me to get lost. I will never use them again. MyHermes is one of the worst courier service I have ever used.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. LIED ABOUT RESTRICTED ACCESS TO PROPERTY ON 7 DAYS AND NO CALL LIKE THEY PROMISED. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE! THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. AVOID!!!!!!

There was no attempted delivery. I was at home all day. An apparent query with the address which is ridiculous as I was not even contacted at all. I had to check myself to be notified of this. The parcel was scheduled for next day delivery and due to the incompetence of the Myhermes staff it is now delayed for a further 2 days which means I bought these items of clothing on PLT for nothing as I needed either one for an event. Absolutely disgraceful.

Why has the status of my parcel not been updated in nearly 48 hours, do your courier's just drive around with them for days on end before they end up at a depot? Very slow and very disappointing service

My parcel did not get delivered. Even worse, courier lied about attempted delivery, we were in all day, no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. We did not receive a card through the door either by the so called attempted delivery. They have no proof of attempted delivery other then their computer system which they can just fill in themselves. After checking other reviews about Hermes, I am not the first customer this happened too. I took a whole day off work, waiting from 7am till 8pm. My advise: Never buy anything online, companies using Hermes courier service.
