UTTER RUBBISH!! This is a terrible service!! I have used them before and they were efficient until now! I order my parcel through a retailer and they said they were supposed to deliver it on the 8/11/17 but they held onto it for another 48 hours because they said it was too large however they assured me on 10/11/2017 that I would get then because they would use a larger truck courier service. Instead, they were not honest about delivering the package on Saturday despite their tracking service stating this. The parcel was sent back to my retailer without contacting myself or the retailer! This is very unprofessional because they could have said this on the 8/11/17 on the date it was first sorted! Plus, their web chats are of no help.

Don't use them! If you are a retailer and want to keep your customers then find another delivery company. Hermes is rubbish! Don't believe me? Then look the bad reviews companies are now getting because of Hermes. There is no way for customer or retailer to contact them to arrange a redelivery. They have no communications. Hermes cannot deliver a parcel.

Parcel still not delivered and is nearly 1 week late. Customer service os useless and unhelpful and uncaring. This is the second time they have done this. Avoid this joke of a company.

Horrible service .says parcel delivered in post box . A 5 year old child would know that a box with shoes won fit in it. The only box I would see is the delivery persons home. Never use Hermes courier services .had 2 bad experiences. I don't know why they are still operating. Do not even have a proper customer service number

The usual. You failed to deliver before the time it was promised you would and the company that used your delivery service has had to apologise for your appalling service. Frankly I will no longer buy anything on line if Hermes deliver and will make this clear to the firms that use you in the hope you go bust! 1 star is too high a rating!

driver could not find our address, no correspondence to say so. We are a business (charity) open Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30 MyHermes cannot accommodate this. Let down.

note thru door . advising goods in rubbish bin, nothing in bin, i went online chat to say delivered to my property and they will get a signature . who i wonder done the invention for bins to have hands and sign for item, a bloody disgrace.

Absolutely the worst courier service I've ever had to deal with. Totally unprofessional, terrible communication. 4 times my package was supposedly delivered to "Reception". 4 times I explained via email (as I could not get through to their customer service line) that a Reception area does not exist in my building! Totally unreliable, I was heavily inconvenienced having to sit at home and wait for a package (4 times!) that never got delivered. Do not use!

Have a ticket delivered which is blank except for 7/11 and Wed am! They can't have rung the bell as I have been in all day. Disgraceful

If I could give them a lower score I would. The driver claimed to make an attempt but cited restricted access for the reason he couldn't deliver when the gates to my flat are wide open. He didn't bother to call me to try figure out how to gain access. The customer service is awful they give generic answers and can't actually do more than basically say wait and see which means you're stuck waiting around all day and they're gave me 2 different time slots. Never use them pay extra or deliver to store do anything apart from use them

Got the classic 'We tried to deliver to you but you weren't in' 3 times so parcel being returned to sender. This despite the fact i was sitting in my house actively waiting for the parcel as needed it urgently! Infuriating. Attempted to use the live chat but not helpful as they can only follow scripted answers. With regards to the couriers who 'attempted to deliver' they are either incompetent (as could clearly not locate the front door) or lying. Neither trait particularly good for a company.

The driver has 5 of my parcels. I can't get anyone to get back to me. The driver has taken them home and gone on holiday. I have reported as stolen.. Do not use..!!!!!!

Parcel left at the wrong address, outdoors, behind a pillar. No one was notified so parcel left there for days, package damaged with rain. Found accidentally by neighbour!

The worst service ever! Do not use!!! If I would knew the company I purchased goods from use HERMES I would never place my order. Its not the the first time I received an email saying I missed my delivery even though I sat all day at home waiting. They do not come and they do not leave cards!!! I received email parcel will be delivered, but no time slot has been given. I spoke to them on chat and been told 3-5pm. After 4 I received an email stating that my parcel has been delivered. I went on online chat and complained again. The advisor checked the details and said my parcel is still with the local courier!!!! and will be delivered by 8 pm! So why you sending such emails?! LIARS!!! Parcel was not delivered I went on chat again after 2hours and different person said contact your retailer as your parcel has been successfully delivered and signed by you!!!! REALLY?! This is shocking! Robbing people!!! DO NOT USE EVER!!!! MY HERMES=LIARS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! They keep disconnecting your chats...SO RUDE!!!!

I sent a £600 pound new Apple I phone to London From Northern Ireland. It was collected from my door step on a Friday and Delivered to London on the Monday. The only problem being the box in the parcel was empty. A driver from Hermes had taken the contents out of the box and delivered an empty box. My son noticed the wrapping had been tampered with and could see the I phone box in the wrapper. I will never use Hermes again I think I will stick to Royal Mail. I have reported the theft to the police. It is very obvious that Hermes have no interest in the loss. Which makes the office staff as corrupt as the drivers.

I have had two companies using hermes to deliver my parcels in the past few weeks and theirs are the slowest delivery i have had to experience when buying online. 9 days for a UK to UK delivery? the Other one still in transit 5 Days after dispatch.....Really? But I have now decided: i will simply not buy from companies that use Hermes, thus saving myself much aggravation.

Myhermes are A terrible company. I had two parcels that they were meant to collect (I had paid the extra to have them collected) 5 days later they were still not collected and i had to drop them to my local 'parcel shop' when sending an e-mail to Myhermes to complain about this the response i got on both occations was. 'We can see that your parcel was delivered on XXXX date' completly ignoring the fact i was complaining about the collection not the delivery. A different incident I have had with them is that they have lost one of my parcels and when cimplaining to them they told me i need to get my customer to fill out a 'Deniel of Receipt' form. why they needed that when there tracking system clearly shows that it has not been delivered and they have lost it i will never know. The only way to communicate with them is via webchat (Which is automated and crap) or via mail which they take 48 hours to respond to a simple question and still they ignore the question and give you and answer to something not even asked. I could go on with various other issues i have but i hope what i have said is enough for people to realise not to use them.
