Used them 3 times and once the package was damaged once it went missing and once 3 "failed" delivery attempts was home everytime

Totally rubbish. Lost items, items left outside wrong door for anyone to steal, delivered to wrong address, left parcel on top of note saying 'please don't leave here'. Deliverers didn't bother to knock on the door, one deliverer didn't bother knocking but did bother to make the effort to wander all the way round my front window to stare into my flat. Deliverer stood there smoking while he handed me my parcel. They are utter s**t. They do not give a damm whether you get your parcel or what condition it arrives in. Do not give this inept and insulting company any business. Roll on the day they go into administration. One star should be no star.

Only given 1 star as there's no option to give none! Totally shocking service and don't give monkeys about the customer. Sat in for 13 hours waiting for them, can't get any response and not turned up!

I suspect that getting things delivered by carrier pigeon would be quicker. It's now 5 days since my parcel was sent and still no sign of it.

Driver says my address is wrong!!! Then after five hours of contact with customer service and my contact numbers being sent to driver silence and still no delivery.. could go on and on but no point.. will be cancelling any future orders I see being “delivered” by this shower

Waited 6 days for them to pick up my parcel. In the end I cancelled and got a refund after online chat to 5 different people. Very poor service. Recommend everyone to use royal mail instead.

Awful, don't even bother to look at house number ... always throw it into my neighbours garage at the bottom of the lane instead of driving to ours as we are the last house. Really wish companies wouldn't use them as i spend more time contacting the company asking where my items are

Yet again MyHermes customer service has proved how useless they are, Although they have effectively lost my item according to them they cannot investigate, they have the tracking number, because it was booked via Ebay. What Ebay has to do with it now that MyHermes has the package,somewhere, escapes me. MyHermes response is to give me some ambiguous advice on contacting Ebay though they do not say who on Ebay or for that matter why? MyHermes has lost the package not Ebay. This is the second issue in a row that customer service has proved useless. Absolutely terrible company.

They don’t deliver the package on time and then lie that a delivery was attempted falsely claiming nobody wa in, even though 100% nobody tri d to deliver. They have a rip off 10p a minute customer support number with a recorded message telling you to go to their web site where there is an online chat help that doesn’t work. Worst courier company in the UK.

What a joke of company. Expected delivery between 9-5pm. We should all take day off when we are expecting delivery from you? The only time we were away from home yesterday was between 4pm-6pm. All the time before that we were waiting home only because of delivery. Of course, delivery was attempted around 4pm. without leaving any notice. And today again, we was told that delivery would be between 9-5pm (LOL), which again means we have to be on our day off whole day long waiting for golden delivery company to approach with our parcel? And the funniest thing, that they didn't came in until 5pm, but they re-scheduled delivery up to 8pm. so all the plans we had after 5. should be canceled again because of your incredible delivery company!? Probably the worst delivery company next to the Yodel! You can hold each other by hand. ZERO respect to the customers! Is it really that hard to give approx. time of delivery with simple sms in the morning so we all can plan our life around your delivery?

3 apalling experiences where the courier says attempted delivery or no access when we have been at home waiting for the delivery, and we live on a wide main road, with plenty of on and off road parking in a house with a wide flat drive. They never leave a card. Todays experience even worse. I've sat watching the front when I receive a text to say parcel delivered and signed for. On investigation..no parcel at my house BUT my neighbours had 2 parcels left outside their front door when no one was at home and no one signed for the parcels. Companies please avoid using myHermes if you value your customers.

This company is literally the worst courier service I have ever used. Customer service and tracking information is non existence. When tracking does exist it show Hermes up as liars. Tracking info stated my item was delivered and signed for by customer, which it was not. When I complained to the retailer, the tracking info changed to, out for delivery. Still havent received my item over a month after the order. I will be cancelling my account with the retailer as I know I will probably not receive any orders I place with them using Hermes Europe as couriers.

Just throw away the whole company... The drivers never attempt delivery. Wasted three days in a row... The company have no real people working for customer service. The mychat is in india somewhere and the employees clearly don’t speak english so they copy and paste the script even when it’s not applicable.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Chasing A missing parcel is a joke!!! My parcel is missing. Beaware pple! The person on the chat was useless, just copy pasting his script. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

OK until something goes wrong - repeatedly failed to collect last parcel. All attempts to get it collected failed. They were unable to take responsibility to resolve it. I am claiming back amount paid via card company and will never use MyHermes again. Now using a different carrier who collected as planned so will be using them in future instead. Wasted a lot of time trying to resolve this - beware... I accept things go wrong but what is unacceptable is that when things do go wrong they aren't put right.

My hermes international is a JOKE! BEWARE PEOPLE , AVOID ! they are just UNABLE to deliver to ITALY and they dont even give Refund. They said can take up to 8 weeks to be returned to me . passed 1 month and still in transit They claim that they couldnt find the address ( i use the same address all the time) TO SUM UP PAID 17 POUNDS AND THE PARCEL STILL LOST BETWEEN COUNTRIES AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would even give them one star they are rubbish!!!! Said they tried to deliver my parcel they did not came back day after the same! I am now waiting for the third day of delivery which I am sure they will say the same I have been in every single day and no one has turned up! I also paid to have next day delivery might aswell have just fetched it from the store! Avoid using these at all cost!!!!!!
