My package missing. Not communication or apology. Just a very rude and flippant customer service person. So called claims form link not working either.

Waited for hours for a delivery in a terraced house split into flats. Driver didn’t bother ringing the bell , just posted a note through the door saying he’d tried to deliver and will attempt again tomorrow. Another day wasted. The person on the online chat was useless, just copy pasting his script .

Driver was insulting and nasty. I asked that he didn't come again. But yet they pasted him parcels and he wouldn't deliver then. I would not use this company ever. Police action was nesercery.

The driver took my parcel home and went on holiday. I never got the parcel. Was reported but they didn't care at hermes support. Had to get a crime number

Called 12 times and so did our client!! As they lost the parcel! As to speak to a manager and they cut us off 4times! and no manager called back! Depot manager, customer staff saying different things! General customer service is poor and I really wouldn't recommend this service

Another delivery gone missing! In all day, no ring on the door bell, but apparently delivered and signed for. That may well have been the case but if true it was not at my address. Customer service is non existent. It’s probably for the best if you can avoid using this dreadful company. far better to pay a little extra and use someone who actually knows what they are doing and actually gives a damn.

This is the worst courier service I have ever used, their customer service is not helpful at all, they asked me to contact the retailer instead, they had no idea where my package was, and they can't even reach their drivers... It's so frustrating, my parcel has not been delivered yet even though it was promised 2 days ago, and now i'm stuck in limbo. I can't track it on their website, their agents can't help me, so i'm relying on Amazon to try and sort it out for me which is crazy, the least they can do is track their own packages. I will be careful from now on when I order something to choose another service even if I have to pay more.

Received an email to notify my parcel had been delivered and signed for by customer. Out all day- never received or signed for any such parcel Disgrace!

I dropped my parcel off,MyHermes took it,turned it down,claimed it would be returned.No tracking update for 13 days,they never replied to any emails.I assume my parcel has been stolen by someone within MyHermes. AVOID USING THIS CROOKED COURIER COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY FAIL TO FORFIL THEIR SERVICES & THEN STEAL YOUR PROPERTY.

If only the drivers would follow simple inductions maybe I wouldn't be giving a bad review . Just a simple card through letterbox would tell me where my parcel was delivered to . I would never recommend myhermes .

Hermes service is absolutely unacceptable. This is the third occasion the driver has stated “attempted delivery”, no “attempted delivery” or card in the box. I don’t know if this is just a problem in my area as I looked on social media and there seems to be a lot of complaints about this driver! You can not speak to a person other than on live chat ( who by the way don’t seem to understand the logistics of delivery and not interested in your problem) I would strongly advise using another courier or if your retailer uses Hermes buy from somewhere else.

Sent 2 mobiles for minor repairs and package got lost or more likely was stolen at their sorting hub. Totally incompetent and would never use again. Even though parcel is insured I am having a hard time trying to get any compensation from these crooks. Avoid at all costs !!!! David Illingsworth

First time using Hermes to send parcels. One parcel was received, courier threw parcel over back gate and was smashed to pieces. Another parcel has disappeared. Spoke to three different people via web chat and was useless. Totally scripted. I will never use again and has cost us.

You lied. My parcel was not delivered. I never nominated a safe place, yet it was apparently delivered to one. No card to tell me where. You are despicable and I give you zero stars.
