After using them for my business and spending over £14000.00 with them they are useless I am now using collection plus. My hermes have dishonest drivers that steal stuff, the collections are rubbish and customer service terrible.....avoid at all costs

Paid for a quick uplift and stayed in all day no pick up and the they lied on the live web chat about them still picking up my package. Won't use these cowboys ever again.

As an Amazon prime user.. I get a fair few delivery's and most arrive next day.. But when ever I have a problem with a delivery it's always Hermes that is the courier? This time it's claimed a delivery was attempted but no card was left, The web site say's we will try tomorrow but tomorrow never comes, Another non delivery. I wish you were able to choose the courier on Amazon as I would never use Hermes they are useless beyond belief.. Minus 5 stars thanks for not delivering again!

Absolute idiots. They are incapable of delivering a parcel when instructed, and their courier on the IOW doesnt complete the name, phone number or revised delivery date on the slip he leaves when he finds you out. why does anyone use them?

These useless idiots,say they have tried to deliver and they have not even tried.should not be allowed to keep their job.we are still trying to get a parcel delivered with no success. Avoid this company at all costs,they have no customer care what so ever.i could fill this page with bad comments but I'm not going to waste my time. ONE USELESS COMPANY.

Yesterday I wasn't at home when driver came with my parcel he didn't left it with naibour or left in save place that's fine. He left note for me he will try redeliver on next day. Today is that next day I waited for delivery till 5.20 then I checked tracking number and I what I can see they didn't plan deliver my parcel because is in warehouse. I contacted customer service chat. They told me definitely I gunna receive parcel today till 8pm. 7.50 I did contact chat service again (they finishing service at 8 that's why) and next person told me I will receive my parcel till 8p.m. Now is 11.25p.m. and I still don't have my parcel. I spend all day waiting for driver. They should tell the truth!!! Why they lie for they waste all my day!!!

Posted around 60 parcels this month via interparcel and 7 lost,it doesnt do your ebay ratings any good to get rubbish service like this,im not going to use them again and will make sure non of my colleges do either. What on earth do they do with it all,ohh i hear you cry maybe its because of the old adage pay peanuts etc. What happened to the not used much term duty of care,ohh i forgot you have to pay insurance for that,nice one parcel firms.

Lying drivers forge signatures when nobody in! Parcel left outside uncovered in the rain by delivery driver. Email, received with a signature in my name! Clearly not me as was at work all day, driver has lied claiming a man signed for it forging my signature! Total bullshit useless company with no respect for people's property. Avoid using this useless rabble!!

There is no option to select less than 1 star? 3 days been in waiting for my parcel. Did web chat online...They come across very friendly but that's their job but fact of the matter is they are bunch of idiots. Explained to them the situation and each time they promise it be there tonight by 8pm the latest. At the end of each day their tracking status shows it was attempted delivery even though I've been in all day. I pulled them up on that and asked how the hell he attempt to knock on my door and not get filmed on my 2 x cctv cameras I have installed. Obviously they were bullshitting and I told them straight that your bunch of liars. Still not got my parcel and it's 4 days overdue and each day same promise and just wait...wait for how long you f........Here is the climax of the story. They have no idea or track their drivers so that got me thinking, i asked them if their call centre was in india...and guess what it is. No wonder they can't track the drivers. Fu..... morons. I'm indian myself but these guys are taking the biscuit.

tried calling myhermes but unable to speak to customer service not matter the time of day you call you get an automated message advising to send an email or web chat. I've sent a email and also chatted online with an adviser who was unable to help and kept telling me to contact the retailer which I did who confirmed the address was correct and that it was the same address provided to myhermes yet when I tracked my order the status says delivery delayed due to address query. I wouldn't be so concerned if it wasn't the 4th time myhermes has done this. awful experience

They send me an order for the second time with them and every time I get a note that I was not home. And I stand in the window for hours to wait for them and I go to the door to check for the note and every time there is a note that I was not in us. No one call on my phone or ring on me ball on my front door. they just put note " Sorry i missed you "

First parcel was 'left in porch but we don't have a porch. Waiting for a parcel today - was told it would be here first thing, now 9am and when I chase I'm told another hour (one man's first thing is another man's lay in!) And if I'm not here I'm very abruptly told it will be sent back to sender. No option to collect or re-direct. I don't know what it costs to deliver via this route but whatever it is, suppliers of goods need to recognise the damage this poor level of service is doing to them

Ordered an electronic item via a supermarket, says "delivered" but no sign of it. No location available and no card through my door saying where it is. I the Customer am supposed to be signing for this item and I haven't so how was it delivered?!! Where's my stuff?!!
