VERY disappointed with Hermes services! Completely lost faith! All bar one delivery I've experienced with Hermes have had problems! And I've had 9.. Will NOT be ordering from any companies that use Hermes courier! I missed my parcel delivery today as I was at work, even though I booked to have the parcel delivered on Monday because I knew I was off to receive it. The slip that was put through my letter box had a very blunt message saying if I was not in tomorrow (Saturday) to receive my parcel that they where going to return to sender. Even thought it was the first attempt at delivering. I thought that they has to attempt to deliver a parcel three times before they return to sender, this is even stated on the slips they put through the door... There was also TWO differnet contact numbers written on the slip to contact the courier which where both out of service numbers! So the courier had written their own number wrong twice! And that meant I couldn't even contact them to rearrange delivery as they themselves had instructed me to do bluntly! THEN - don't even get me started on calling customer services for help! Literally cannot get through to speak to anyone human! every step ended up with an automated message saying go online and start a web chat.. Which I eventually found and spent 63 minutes just typing back and forth and got nowhere! So I'm basically going to leave a big sign on my front door tomorrow saying that the parcel can be left over the back gate as it is an important parcel and i do not want it returned to sender! And basically hope for the best! Worst. Delivery. Service. Ever.

ANOTHER TERRIBLE REVIEW. THESE GUYS ARE COWBOYS AT BEST. HERMES DELIVERED MY PARCEL AFTER 10 DAYS. THEN TOLD IT HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED AS IT WAS NOW LOST. DOZENS OF CALLS AND EMAILS LATER STILL NO PARCEL DELIVERED. TOLD NUMEROUS LIES AND TO CALL BACK AGAIN. RUBBISH, RUBBISH, RUBBISH.

Sent my parcel to the wrong sorting depot. No explanation or apology. Would personally NEVER use to send an item, but no choice as recipient.

There should be zero star option; would be more appropriate in this case. 1 star does not reflect how this company performs, actually even 'performs' is optimistic - they don't perform nor deserve a star. In short, if you value your sanity and that of your customer, I beg you to choose any other method of delivery, would happily pay any extra cost to avoid the shambles these people introduce into your life when claiming to have attempted delivery, to an address where occupant is at home with perfect working order doorbell, but then gets informed that 'no-one was in when delivery was attempted.' Life is too short for liars. My life would be better without them - hope others heed suggestion and boycott this poor excuse for delivery company. Thank you

The myhermes international customer support is a complete joke. They give you no information, the same old scripted responses to every question. They fob you off every time, telling you to come back in a few days for an update, but there's never and update you just get fobbed off again and told to come back at a later date. They are bunch of complete and utter cockwombles. Avoid this company at all costs because they will lose your stuff and do everything they can to avoid compensating you, even if you have paid to insure your package

"I ordered two items from two different retailers. Unfortunately they both used Hermes. Both packages were marked as 'Return to Sender, refused at site'. They both arrived on different days but both had the same update. There is no evidence at all that a driver attended site, no card, nothing. Shambolic service, they are failing in the most basic of terms, they are not even trying to deliver the package. I will never buy an item from any company that uses Hermes again

I wish there is a option to rate zero. Tracked item can get lost from a depot you must be kidding. Lost 260 pound worth of stuff a brand new phone and a lady bag, medicine. Trusted them didn't do insurance thought it's tracked wouldn't get lost they proved me wrong had to go through lot of hassle and got 24.99 in return. Funniest thing if online tracking doesn't updates then there is only option that you have to wait for 48 hours because the automated system will not allow you to go further. Provided the receipt and they didn't even bother to return my full amount. very disappointing from a big company. so guy's stay away from hassle and losing money.

""I sent a new cooker hood to buyer with £50 insurance. My Hermes dropped it from a great hight smashing the glass parts then refuse to compensate. It was perfectly packaged in the manufacturer packaging. This has to be wrong.

If i could give a big fat ZERO i would, as Hermes are a disgrace to the postal world, they should be avoided at all costs, my long review is on TRUSTPILOT and worth a read!! Also on Google .....THEY ARE THE WORST OUT THERE.

Claiming they tried to deliver even though they did not. Lying sons of *******. I skipped work to take the deliver. I advise against using this company. Waste of time.

Published 5 minutes ago if i could give no stars i would.. if i could give no stars i would... if i was you, a company that wants a delivery making, i would use someone else. poor poor service. they claimed an attempt was made to deliver, but no attempt was made, i was at home all day waiting, the tracking system is a joke, dint update until after 6pm saying attempt was made at 12.20 for delivery no access. i live on a very busy road, the cars going up and down this road dont seem to have any problems, dont see any traffic jams outside my door... paid for a delivery on a specific day, no delivery made... use someone else... poor poor poor service..
