When ever a supplier advises us that Hermes will be delivering our order our heart sinks. It means "24 hours", their delivery "slot", wasted to then be told they "tried to deliver". Funny thing is they never appear on our CCTV.

I order from 2 different shops and they using Hermes. Both times didn't get my parcels. When I view tracking number there is "delivery attempt made" what is absolutely lies!!! I'm very angry! Don't use this company!

"Unfortunately our depot has confirmed that the contents of this parcel have become lost within our network and the packaging will now be disposed of by the depot. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused" How can they have the packaging but not the contents?

Parcel is lost or what ever else, they can't seem to tell me where the parcel is and this has been over 2 weeks, I have contacted them direct a few times but they keep saying that they don't have much information on my parcel or anything like that... I really don't know how they managed to lose this item as it was absolutely massive! I'm really annoyed with this service and I will make sure I tell my friends and family to stay well clear of this company.... useless is an under statement, even chocolate tea pots are more useful than this company !

Had a parcel delivered today I had to nip out last minute and came home got a email saying it's been delivered but where? No card through the letter box nothing on the email telling me where it is absolutely shocking service hopefully one of my neighbours has it!

Shocking service. The tracking showed that our parcel had been delivered. It hadn't. The tracking showed that I had signed for it at my house even though I was not there. I went through to their support desk and was told the same and that they would send me a copy of the signature. They didn't. This company is useless. Why would anyone use such a bad company????

I'll try to be as fair as possible - its not going to be easy! I have used My Hermes, perhaps, 70 or 80 times ( UK). Most transactions have been problem free. I have not left feedback on these, basically successful, deliveries The subject of this feedback did get there - after nearly 3 weeks The reason for the poor score is not that there was a problem - can happen to anyone. Its the way in which the problem was dealt with. My Hermes after care is woeful. There is a telephone no. given but its all automated - you cant actually speak to any one. The live chat? Took me an hour to be connected to someone who could not give me any, meaningful information. Second attempt, was cut off after Hermes rep took too long to answer a question. Third attempt, immediate response but no meaningful info. The tracking detail? Gave inaccurate information. Told me that my parcel was due for delivery today or tomorrow on numerous occasion even though it transpired that it was in the wrong regional depot. Several times my parcel delivery was recorded as "under investigation" but no - one was able to tell me what that meant. E mail correspondence? Just told me that My Hermes had my parcel. Requests for a claim form? You have to wait a week with no progress to be able to be sent one - Hermes can string this on forever Hermes is a cheap service - I know why now. They appear to lack the infra structure to add the quality - to deal with problems in an efficient way. I would never recommend using them for anything of any significant value. Low value, higher weight items probably worth the risk?

Parcel never delivered. Customer services said that it had been, despite tracking showing that it had not. They then admitted that they had lost it: "We are sorry that despite an extensive investigation, we have been not been able locate your parcel."

bad customer service, not flexible at all. Couriers not trying to call you before attempting to deliver the parcel. no text/email updates on the delivery slots (well they are not scheduling time slots).

Tracking shows that the parcel I sent got to the courier, but nothing since - in over a week. Customer services says it was delivered the day before it got to the courier - incredible! And impossible. As far as they are concerned, telling me it as been delivered when it has not counts as 'query resolved'.

Myhermes delivered my parcel to a different address after 8pm, despite me waiting in for the parcel. When I tried their customer support phone number, I found that the system is all automated and there is no way to speak to a human. I then used their webchat to speak to an adviser, who told me that the parcel had been delivered to that address, and if I wanted a refund or any help I would have to speak to the retailer who I'd ordered the package from. Awful experience!

Waited two days for collection, sent 3 emails NO REPLY - waited 45 minutes for chat to then be just cut off - reported to paypal to get a refund and wow got a reply 2 days later and the parcel picked up. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY they are a total waste of time, just read the negative reviews its about time trading standards stepped in or authority to sort this failing company out

Pity we can't give a zero rating for this bunch of charlatans. Yet again I wait in for a delivery from this bunch of incompetent idiots. Check online to see the progress of the parcel to see that they have just attempted a delivery at my house. Funny really that I was working at the front of my house at the time. You would have thought they would have seen me, or handed me a note to say that they missed me! Try and speak to someone. Not a chance. Wait 30 mins for an online chat. Told it would be delivered the following day. Wait in for it again. No parcel, not even an update on the parcel track. Utter s***e. How they stay in business is beyond me.

This company is terrible, when you try and call them they give you an option to enter your tracking number then tell you to either contact the sender or visit their web chat, (current wait time is 17.34 mins which is terrible. You also have no idea when the parcel will arrive, I bought something from sports direct and wont ever buy from them again due to the fact they use this courier. Would rather pay extra and have parcel arrive when it should. Plus, with todays technology why can`t they give a time slot rather than having to wait in all day, if the likes of DPD can text you a 1hr time then there is no reason why people should be waiting in all day for parcels. Avoid this courier and also avoid buying from sports direct as this is who they use.

Wouldn't even give 1 star out of 5. Worst courier company ever. Customer service is appalling, next day deliver now 6 days late, no one cares, they don't class the receiver as a customer! Says it all

Ordered Next day delivery on an item i needed asap for work, rang my supplier who had assured me the parcel would be with me that day, waited all day no parcel. 2 days on still nothing, online tracker is so bad, no idea when the parcel will be here, and has really messed up my week waiting for something I really need. You can only talk to them via an online chat with someone obviously overseas in Asia somewhere and even they have no idea whats going on, just repeat "sorry you`re parcel has not arrived", then just check the online tracker that has been telling you the same thing for the last few days! Avoid these guys at all cost its cheap but you`re better off paying more and actually getting you`re parcel! THE WORST COMPANY DON`T USE!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not deliver item I sent. I have heard from customer services but they keep avoiding the issue by asking me for details that I have already sent, details that they already have - and then by saying that they will not email me again because my surname has changed since I opened my Hermes account. It seems to be any excuse rather than dealing with the fact that they have not provided the service for which I have paid.

I sent a parcel using MyHermes and they lost it. It was a laptop and I insured it and let them know the cost. They have said that these things happen and they do not specialise in high value items. My question is that when you let them know the cost they do not mention this. The maximum compensation is £300. I wish I had read the reviews and used someone else. The customer service is appalling they will not talk to you and they fob you off at every opportunity. Please take my advice and go elsewhere.

Sent an eBay item via MyHermes. Customer complained that it had not arrived after a week (Hermes says 3-5 days for delivery). Checked Hermes website and no update for 5 days - seems it's just sitting with the courier. Contacted Hermes twice but no response.
