If I could give them less than 1 I would. They delivered a parcel to me in error. They refuse to rectify this matter and expect me to contact the correct recipient to get them to collect the parcel. Worst service ever!

Unreliable at collecting parcels and slow delivering them, when they do finally collect. It's cheap for a reason!

Email arrived "sorry we missed you ... track parcel here". Tracked parcel - back at depot, deliver tomorrow. Nothing arrived, no card, no further email, tracking not updated. emailed them, no reply. Tried phoning, continually cut off. Tried web chat, can't provide an update nor the details of the sender. This situation persisted for days.

Its really bed service . They took my money but who come to my door for pick he not knck the door ,leave a paper missing me . Its a really froud company

The worst delivery company ever, lost my package and is taking ages to get compensation, can only contact them by email, can't reach them by phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had arranged a parcel to be collected on a particular date. It was collected the day after the agreed date meaning I was not able to fulfil my dispatch time promise as an eBay seller. I contacted customer services to complain but have heard NOTHING back and now just to top it all off - the buyer has come back to tell me the item had arrived damaged...GREAT. Trying to get in touch with MyHermes is going to be fun...

Ordered and paid for next day collection, it is now 6 (six days) and no sign of a courier. After an endless online 'Chat' with MyHermes, told that the courier has not been in the area to collect and if I wish I can cancel and they will give me a 10% discount on my next order, very funny - unfortunately, I cant write what I think of that suggestion.

Useless, awful and incompetent doesn't come close to this company. 30 minutes waiting to use their online chat system. Can't speak to anyone as it constantly cuts you off. What sort of customer service is this? Don't go anywhere near them, awful.

Absolutely rubbish. They were supposed to deliver my parcel within a time-slot of 2 hours that they texted to me. I waited in and it never turned up. I contacted the help desk the next day (which can only be done by chat - had to wait 30 mins). I was told it would be attempted later that day within a 2 hour time-slot. I waited in, it never turned up. Useless company.

Went to collect my parcel from shop. There machine couldn't read barcode so after 15 minutes in shop. I showed photo ID and had pin code they still wouldn't let me have it. The complaints at the shop I purchased from said I had to contact Hermes. Except as a customer its impossible they don't deal with the woman in shop. But I was able to see their customer service award displayed online. I tried to explain to guy in shop I owned the parcel as I had paid for it. Still no joy. So I signed it dated it and wrote return on it. I am a shift worker so couldn't return the next morning as requested,

It is the worst transporting company I ever see. Delivery within UK take 3 days. Tracking system is totally uselles as you dont see where your parcel is and you are even not informed about time when it will come. Today morning I recieved information that delivery was done and I still didnt recieve parcel. I called them and they told me that it will be delivered today. So they not deliver but status in system is delivered. Never more.

Shocking DO NOT USE THIS COMPLANY - not had a parcel delivered yet by them , currently waiting on yet another parcel which no doubt has disappeared into a black hole or someone's hands

These people are corporate thieves, they may be cheaper but price isn't everything You can't contact them or even close your account DON'T USE THEM

They try and deliver my parcel and left a contact number to arrange a to delivery time. Called the number to be told they weren't delivering it now and was sent to a new guy and stated that he will probably be really slow because he was new... it is my only day off in a week so have loads of errands to run but now I have to wait indoors until it comes with no estimate time of arrival!! And it's not the first time I've had issues with Hermes! I love online shopping with a certain company but so disappointed that they use Hermes!

I ordered a package from a website and paid extra for next day delivery, before realising the company where I ordered my items from uses Hermes. I am currently still waiting for my package, despite having ordered it 4 days ago. I have also found that they tend to lie about attempting to deliver. Whenever I would try and track my package, it would say that there have been attempted deliveries, but I know for a fact this is not the case. If you can, avoid this company!

Thieves where is my parcel? I don't know why silly sportsdirect uses this thives delivery company to deliver our parcels. They are a collection of fraudulent dealers. Not recommended. Should be closed dowm. Licence should be taken away. They are born thieves.
