Hermes is rubbish. The drivers are incompetent. Not able to locate a uk address in this generation. Everyday I receive letters in my address. Do Hernes have blind drivers? So provise them with specsavets glasses at least to do their job. Not a recommended company

my Hermes is a cheap postal service after a lost parcel i tried to claim compensation to no avail . to tell you the truth in there items you can post with no compensation and the excluded items there is probable nothing you can post and get compensation for switched to royal mail click and drop quicker service and only 10p more expensive second class

If I could leave Zero stars I would! Expected a delivery yesterday and waited in all day for something that did not come. Tracking order said someone attempted delivery at 19.32 but no one was home - again I waited in all day. Contacted My Hermes directly to be told it will be redelivered. I chased it up after 8 hours to be told the whereabouts of my parcel is not known and can not tell me when will be delivered! Am now waiting for phone call from manager within 48 HOURS!! Absolute joke of a service if you can call it that. Staff are unhelpful and do not care for customer losses. Still waiting for information on my delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently ordered a courier service from my Hermes, via parcels 2go to collect a fishing rod that I had sold on a popular auction site. The confirmation email from p2g gave their tracking reference, and quoted a collection date of 29-7-17, with a 8am-8pm collection window. I fulfilled my obligations by dutifully waiting in for the courier to collect, but sadly the 12 hour wait in proved fruitless, so at 8.30 pm after a frustrating wasted day, I contacted p2g via their chat portal , ( their doesn't appear to be a phone line to verbalise grievances upon). A 15 minute transcript achieved nothing other than a rebooking for collection on the 31-7, no explanation, no assurances that I won't get let down again. The chat representative offered profuse apologies, but couldn't give guarantee that I would receive the service that I had ordered , as in their words ' the courier may not collect due to unforeseen circumstances ' I sit here writing this review, on the day of my revised rebooked collection, dutifully fulfilling my obligation to wait in for upto a further 12 hours, I am approximately 6 hours into this dull task, and my spirit is failing, just like p2g s service. I Have had positive experiences with other couriers, the DPD service which communicates live updates on the progress of a delivery is highly commendable, and a model that all courier services should aspire towards,conversely the 12 hour collection window and zero communication that p2g offer in collaboration with my Hermes is frankly shocking. I would recommend all prospective customers concider carefully before using this service.

Zero service , I booked to have two parcels collected on Saturday having booked and paid online some four days earlier. Contractor turned up in a noddy car and said parcels wouldn't fit and that it was down to me to chase up. After an hour of various automated phone messages I used live chat , only to be informed that my parcels were to big and that they won't collect, I informed them that the website had only requested weight, to which we proceeded to go round in circles for an hour whereby my every request was met with a standard apology, unfortunately apologies don't deliver parcels ( or I would have used them instead!) To cap it all it then takes five days to get your money back. I did however get a phone call back from customer services after I had emailed the CEO, it seems she leads by example too by simply ignoring the email and fobbing you off with the standard customer service advisor. On the plus side he did offer 50% off next order which I informed him was worthless to someone who wouldn't use them again. Cost to self is now a day off work, fives days of cash off my card for a service I didn't get , and the cost of items now out of returns timeframe. Very expensive lesson learned avoid at all costs !

After MyHermes loosing our Laptop worth over £300, they have offered us just £26 in compensation. A complete joke. Tracking info said delivery 'today'.. So ive waited in all day on a sunday & nothing...contacted them on webchat...said oh sorry tracking error will be another 1-2 days!!! They can not tell me more than that, they are useless, the tracking is pointless, it may as well just say 'anytime good luck'

If i could leave lower than one star i would, took a day off work to wait for the parcel to find out they "tried" to deliver the parcel, even if they did try they never left a note through the door like any other normal courier. If i couldve paid extra to go with another company i would have but unfortunately that was upto the company i bought the product from. Hopefully if the driver could be bothered to deliver the parcel this will be my last dealings with them. Also tried contacting them but absolutely useless and very cheeky through chat

Have used MYHERMES over a period of time with no issues until now. I must have been VERY lucky!! On this occasion, parcel was just DUMPED on recipients drive at 11 O'clock at night, even though lights were still on and recipients were there. Parcel was found by chance the next morning. Could have been stolen or damaged by the wet weather. Although paid extra fee for Signature no signature sought, just some Asian characters scrawled. Recipient stated no way their signature!! One of the parcel's contents suffered a breakage as pretty obvious parcel was just slung out of the vehicle. Sheer malpractice on the part of the courier. Customer Services proved a nightmare. Over time went through SIX different "CS Advisors" even though told my case would be put through to a "field manager"!! Non of my comments were addressed. Was just in a continual loop. Credit promised for 80p signature fee never materialised. Basically, they have had their money and couldn't give a toss!! AVOID this cowboy set-up. Their blatant cavalier attitude to the job they have been paid to do should be investigated. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

NEVER USE MYHERMES. No collection was ever made for any of the 3 parcels I booked with them. Online support was useless, 4 times I went through it - when you ask them a direct question like 'when will my parcel be collected?' they cut you off and it's start again...and then again....x4. Still no collection though. Booked with UPS - collected the same day - trying to get refund from them for zero service is just as much fun. Strangely the day after I escalated my claim for a refund through Paypal I receive an email from them asking about the collection 'please confirm the dimensions of the parcel' I've already done it twick and the eamail was 2 weeks later!! Couldn't believe my eyes - if there was a level, that was below the level, that was below the level that was absolutely ******* **** they wouldn't be that good. The only driving they have done for me is driving me round the bend - never never use.

These people are THE WORST. THE WORST. I booked a collection on Monday morning - by Tuesday 9.00pm - no sign of them, although I had waited in ALL DAY with door open, and a note on door AND we had 6 builders on the property, all of whom had been asked to look out for the courier. I called them and they swore that someone had "attempted collection" - REALLY, no. They promised that it would definitely be collected Wednesday. So I wait in ALL DAY Wednesday with front door open again from 7am to 9pm. I miss my daughter's summer camp show. NOBODY. I call - again - on Thursday "Oh they attempted collection" - NO THEY DIDN'T THEY ARE LIARS. Do NOT use this company - sure they are cheap - but there is a REASON WHY. And the best part? This exact scenario has happened more times than I can count. More fool me. Now I'd rather pay more and get actual service.

Told me customer had signed for and was delivered, there was no one at home all day so this was a blatant lie. Customer services are uninterested and blame the sender would you believe, avoid like the plague!

It would have been funny watching the tracking as the parcel go to the local depot only to be taken 300 miles away if it hadn't lost business because of it. Useless? Hopeless? Pathetic? No, none they're a lot worse than that.

Booked parcel pickup. They said Saturday. We stayed in. They didn't come. On Sunday they updated status to say would try again. We phoned and asked them to come Tuesday as not in on Monday. On Monday status changed to say they tried to come on Monday but parcel not ready. We phoned on Tuesday to double check they were coming. They said they phoned the driver who said he would definitely come that afternoon. They didn't come on Tuesday. They are frustratingly unreliable and cannot trust them. Might be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Spent 3 days trying to change delivery address to be told I can only change it when the courier is on the way with my parcel. Tried to change it again on delivery date to be told in order to send it 1 street away from the original address the parcel would need to go back to Hermes and I would have to wait 48 hours for them to send it out on another courier........ WTF?!?!?

Just put one start because I have to put comment. Tracker said parcel has been delivered but did not received the parcel and try to contact the customer service number and it is just an automated call which has no option to contact a customer service representative. When I got to live chat I m in 119th in the queue. Never ever use this rubish service Lol AND they say they are one of the largest delivery service in the UK...

Use this company at your own peril, I sent a parcel tracked and signed for but these retards cannot find the tracking so don't have a clue where it is. I have been on live chat and all they can say is"I am sorry for the inconveniance", utter rubbish they are not sorry at all, where is my parcel ? I will never use this bunch of wasters again, no wonder brexit is taking so long Hermes has probably lost the paperwork
