I have waited two days for my parcel and they said delivery attempted twice in fact I was there whole time and no one came , they are using local people to deliver stuff who don't have any knowledge of delivering parcel and not even good with English

Do not trust them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT USE THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM ARTISTS. MY PARCEL HAS BEEN FRAUDULANTLY SIGNED FOR AND THEY REFUSE TO CO OPERATE I'VE NOW HAD TO GET THE POLICE AND THE NEWSPAPERS INVOLVED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

they cannot locate my package from date of collection and keep saying to check back in 48 hours when the systems are updated. This is the first time I use you service and also the last, as I believe my hermes are certainly not set up as a courier delivery service but as a huge scam, collecting parcels, no telephone support service despite listing a customer service number and premium cost call lines. Useless online chats as they are only able to access the same information that I can, which is nothing. poor website does not work and will not accept the claim form, due to some internal error This experience has been totally frustrating and a huge waste of time. I don’t believe that anyone has tried to look for the missing parcel, Refuse to honour compensation. . USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

My daughter paid £5,99 for next day delivery for a dress to take away with her. It was to be delivered to our business address this morning but when it didn't arrive, Hermes tracking says it could not be delivered. From previous experiences MyHermes is by far the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. They don't deserve to be in business.

Parcel collected 5 days ago and not a word from them since. Tracking site says it was out for delivery as of yesterday. Don't waster your time emailing them, they ignore you: don't bother with the Live Chat, I joined the queue at 139 an hour later was number 3 and the service was disconnected saying there were no agents available. Tried the phone number given on the site this morning, as soon as I entered the reference number the service disconnected with the excuse they have technical issues. Using CEOemail, I found the name of their CEO, a Ms Carole Woodhead and have emailed her - I'm not holding my breath for a reply. There is a different telephone number on the CEOemail site but, again, don't waste time calling it because it only offers you the option of logging onto their woes it or contacting the person from who you purchased the item. I am disgusted with their complete lack of any customer service and would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Hermes to find another courier company. I will never, ever use them again.

Delivered to the wrong address and wouldn't listen or change address. Impossible to speak to over the phone. Could only contact via silly chat

Don't, just don't. Seems unable to find our address (it's not hard and no other deliveries have had issues). Package states "due tomorrow" - never changes (even when tomorrow is a sunday)... still waiting 9 days on for delivery.....

Don't leave a card to say tried to deliver don't leave at alternate address that was given to the seller over 25 minutes on hold for them to cut off the phone can't get inTouch with driver when you do get someone on phone I'll be checking that seller has different company for delivery

I used myHermes to return a parcel to Amazon. They didn't deliver it so Amazon charged me £81.49. When I queried this with myHermes I was told that the drivers don't wear uniform so couldn't access Amazon. They didn't contact me and when I asked for my parcel I was told they don't have it and can't tell me where it is. I asked for the depot details and was told that they don't give out details but they can send me a claim form if I like! Total shambles of a company, I will never use them again!

worst company i have ever had to deal with no customer service, took a week to collect a parcel,hence we got a negative feed back through no fault of our own avoid like the plague if you value your companies reputation

Tracking shows delivering today. Stayed in all day. Nothing. Tried contacing them via online chat. After waiting for over an hour I got to number 1 in the queue only to be told there are no agents available and to try again. Cowboy outfit. I will now refuse to buy from any seller that uses them for delivery.

I had a parcel collected on Tuesday 20th June for return to John Lewis, on Thursday 22nd June at 11.09am as at Thursday 29th June it is still with Hermes somewhere. I've tried their chat line and the person there wasn't helpful at all, I then emailed them and they've come back to say it's my responsibility to contact the retailer even though the parcel it's still in their possession. Basically they're not interested in solving this - they've collected it, not delivered it and saying it's up to me to resolve it myself. Absolute rubbish customer service

COURIER FORGED SIGNATURE AND STOLE GOODS, HERMES WERE NOT INTERESTED IN CO OPERATING WITH THE AUTHORITIES BY GIVING THE COURIERS NAME AND NATIONALITY. HERMES ARE APPALLING AND PROTECT THIER THIEVING COURIERS WHO ARE NOT SECURITY VETTED IN ANY WAY.

I ordered an item from Amazon Prime, for next day delivery. Tracking said 'Attempted Delivery' at such and such a time. No it wasn't! There were four people in the house. I was sat watching the front door from before the time given to well after. So who is lying to who? The courier to their controller or Hermes to Amazon? Either way it was a lie. A genuine delay I can accept. Plain lying is not good enough. It is not Amazons fault, but I don't know why they use them (and I have told them so!), but I sure as heck will never user Hermes myself.

Hermes delivery drivers cannot find herpes in the dirtiest of brothels. Their idea of training is playing the 80’s classic 'PaperBoy' throwing the package and driving off into the sunset.

LIARS, THIEVES, CHEATS Their T&Cs exonerate them from evening doing their job properly. DO NOT USE---PAY MORE AND GO WITH ANY OTHER COURIER BUT HERMES!!!!

delivery atempt has been made -just liers ! i was waiting all day for my parcel but no one came with it ,but still hermes web site is saing that delivery atempt has ben made but no one was home ...... thats the wors courier company i will newer use hermes again..
