Dreadful service for sending deliveries, or sending parcels. You as a customer pay up front for a delivery service but you do not get this service. I like a lot of customers had ATTEMPTED three deliveries it is a load of rubbish they push a card through your letter box and probably giggle all the way to the next delivery, knowing you have paid they wage for no service. It is dreadful how a company can get away with such poor service. I paid for 5 parcels to be delivered and two items damaged beyond recognition. Unable to contact anyone at the company and no response to an email sent. If you have concrete bricks to send make sure you send them very we'll packaged as the chances of them being received in a manner that they can be used is extremely slim. Very poor service by a company that describes themselves as a delivery company, a disgraceful company

The courier openly admits he wont deliver to the location on a Saturday, yet it still gets marked as an attempted delivery. The alleged other two attempts were also false as a) I was at the location and nobody called b) one of the staff was waiting all morning at the gate office for the delivery c) CCTV reviewed at the times stated that courier was there (30 minutes either side of the time was viewed too just to confirm this and offered to the complaints department. d) when the courier actually came on site later in the week he couldn't remember being at the location on the preceding 2 days either. The online resolution contact has also been unavailable (starts off at 198 in the queue, gets do to you being the next in line and then says "no operator is available to assist). The email complaints handling address just gives you the same information as the bogus delivery details and then says "case ended" without actually doing anything. You don't save any money by using this service, it just costs you more in the end. Sometimes you get lucky if several people in the area all have a delivery but it's really not worth it and you get nowhere trying to resolve the issue. Poor service, poor customer service! (I used to use them all the time but over the past year they have become the worst courier service I have ever dealt with)

As the delivery driver was incapable of following the basic instructions left in relation a collection point my customer had to wait an extra 24 hours for the stock. When I spoke to the customer support team (online chat) they responded with little interest and didn't even read the messages i sent properly. I will never use this service again

Apparently tried to deliver my parcel 3 times and then returned item to the sender. No card was ever left and the only reason I found out was because I was contacted by the sender. The customer services regarding this was terrible and despite admitting fault, in regards to leaving a card, they refused to have the item sent back out for free stating that they have 'Completed their contract'. There customer services also took several days between emails to get back to me. I will never use them again or recommend them to anybody.

my parcel was delivered later than expected at firs. after second attempt i contacted customer service to leave delivery coments but the lady said she is not sure if the driver will get it. so next dy i knew that they did not past the information because i had another card left thru my letter box i was very angry at that point. when eventually my parcel came on saturday i could not belive my eye. outer box was damaged and ripped on the side that much that you could acctually take the item out of the box without opening it. my item inside was all crunched. i asked driver what happend with my parcel and he said i dont know. so this is my experience with hermes and this is not the first bad one. i would not use them again

Cannot Trust. Disgusted.. Cannot Trust.. Cheap disgusted Company. I meant to receive a parcel and it didn't deliver at all. Tracking details said it delivered and signed but I never received it. Once i contacted the company I received the email saying someone collected and signed as well. I replied saying it is not possible and please provide me the details of the person who collected as the company saying it was signed. But thy failed to provide me that details and finally they accept that parcel is lost. Customer service wants me to contact the seller to claim a compensation. Once I contact the sender he doesn't want to make a claim from the company as he is saying tracking details saying it is delivered and even if he claim it the company never pay the claims and he had bad experience with the company. Then I contacted the company again to to inform that as the sender doesn't want to make a claim and I lost the parcel and I lost the money which I paid for it as well. The company does't want to compensate or do anything for me. I tried many times , but I had negative feedback from them and I lost my parcel and the money which paid for it. I had to buy these items from somewhere else as they are urgent. I am really disappointed with that they want to put the fault in someone else shoulders.. I am not gonna use or not buying anything from the people who using myhermes.

The delivery lady basically rang my bell and threw my parcel in the floor and left. I was so confused. She did not even say a word and I had to pick up my package.

AVOID!! WORST DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY PARCEL BY LEAVING IT IN A INSECURE PLACE. ADMIT TO FAULT BUT STILL CHOSE TO NOT COMPENSATE ME AND LEFT ME OUT OF POCKET. They run a money making scheme!! They are thieves Avoid.. Just spend the extra few pennies and use Royal mail!

Mirroring all of the bad reviews really. Used Myhermes several times in the past 2 weeks to deliver but 1 parcel has vanished. After 3 failed attempts to deliver (same as other reviews restricted access) and no cards being left I embarked on the laborious Web Chat. Again same as others I was promised a re-deliver which didn't happen and again no card. My customer has stayed in for 5 days now and it's very frustrating. I don't think this item will ever turn up or come back to me. We will see how their claims department is im sure.

Hermes claimed to have delivered my parcel- an expensive dress from Boden. I was home at the time of their alleged delivery but no one came. They claimed to have left it in a blue bin. A safe place in their view but no parcel there.

The only reason for giving one star is because the website looks attractive. service is dreadful, item was damaged and it has been hell trying to contact the support team. Website says account issues, Email says your account has been disabled, Phone says use email or live chat, live chat team are unable to send a form. not really sure what to do next. just shitty company I would advise to avoid if you value your items.

I would avoid at all costs, I am away on an emergency and they have attempted to deliver a parcel without leaving any notifications for my flatmate to see. I didn't have access to my emails so sadly I only saw my emails until it was too late. I tried the webchat help to stop the parcel from being send back only to get almost automated by the book answers... It seems they are using freelance couriers that seem completely unreliable. Terrible, terrible service. I am now not sure if I will ever have my package delivered or send back or what.

Appalling customer service, tracking got 'stuck' and I am still waiting. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone.
