THIS COMPANY REALLY IS THE WORST....AVOID AVOID AVOID. I've never known such terrible service and no customer support other than a Asian webchat that just fobs you off. Had my £200 parcel for 2 weeks, 26 tracking notifications, lie after lie after lie. Got it back without 1 attempt to deliver, cctv proof. Box was in tatters. DISGUSTING COMPANY....SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN....AVOID

I was told my parcel would be collected on Wednesday. I stayed in all day til 8pm but no attempt was made to collect it. I live in a ground floor flat with entryfone that rings really loud (disturbs the neighbours) and no one rang the Bell. Contacted Customer service on web chat and was told that the driver had attempted collection today (Thursday). I've been up since 6.30 and NO ONE has rung my door bell. Nor have they left a card as they claim they do. A very poor, sub standard service. Do Not believe their hype......Try Parcelforce or anyone else other than My Hermes!

I wouldn't recommend myHermes to anyone, I have found their services to be awful both in delivery and so called support. One parcel they lost completely which contained expensive items that were limited edition and I was then unable to purchase again so naturally I was annoyed. Thankfully the sender was able to refund me and took up the myHermes investigation so I was able to attempt to purchase some of the parcels contents again although not all and at a much inflated price! I requested a different carrier for delivery afterwards and lo-and-behold that parcel arrived safe, sound and early! The second time I didnt realise myHermes was the carrier of choice of the seller and by the time i had it was too late. Thankfully I recieved my parcel after getting the run around as they delivered TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! The parcel clearly stated my house number which is also visibly displayed on the front of my house - clearly seen from the road. I also waited in for this parcel. Did they deliver to me? NO! Instead they delivered to next door who is ATTACHED to my house and DOESNT HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER! They were out so the parcel was placed in a BIN around the back! Moral of the story: NEVER EVER EVER use myHermes!

Customer services lie to you and are unable to answer simple questions My parcel has been out for delivery for 15 days now and myHermes customer services just keeps requesting an additional two days to investigate the issue. Every two days I use the web chat function and get told to wait for an additional two. When I ask for the location of the parcel I get non-specific answer "at a sub-depot", when asked which sub-depot, I get the answer of "we need an additional two days to investigate"... It has now been this way now for the last 8 days, every two the same conversation.

My experience with myHermes was appalling. I had one delivery attempt on Monday, then another on Thuesday after which it just said that they item was returned. There was no date or time given and no contact details at all. After an internet search I found a phone number which was a solely computer animated affair. I tried the live chat which was equally unhelpful, just told me to contact the seller. And they just cut me off when I asked to speak to a manager or have a real phone number. I am totally disgusted with there service and would avoid them at all cost! Basically if you are working, you will never be able to receive an item delivered through them! Worst delivery service I have known!

Terrible only delivery in Coventry before am if not seat and wait all morning take day off work because Hermes is coming like king !!!!!!!!!! disaster company no words!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely avoid this courier at all costs! If i could walk a 100000 miles to collect my parcel i would rather do that than having it delivered by Hermes. I have (by accident) used their atrocious services a few times in the last two years. The most recently with Boohoo.com who uses them for delivery!! Unfortunately! Parcels never ever ever arrive on time if at all ! They get lost in transit, the courier doesn't bother coming in for the scheduled day or doesn't knock on the door and sends the parcels back to the sender without posting any 'sorry you weren't home' card through the door. The customer services are the worst in the UK if not in Europe, they don't communicate with each other in that office, they answer the calls like they don't give a s*** , and they often don't have no clue what's going on. If it only happened once or twice fair enough but i must have used them at least 5-6 times in past 2 years and they never failed to deliver the worst service possible. I actually make a point now of double or triple checking which courier is used before i order anything online!! There are a lot of online companies who have lost me as a customer because of Hermes. This is also the last time i have ordered anything from Boohoo (even though they are brilliant) because of the courier they use :(. I just don't want the hassle and disappointment and rather shop with someone who uses decent carriers.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND SLEEP by using anyone else. As I have had many successful dealings with myHermes withed in the UK, I decidthey would perform well elsewhere.. So when sending a parcel to South Africa, I looked at many courier services and decided to go with the medium price as time was not that big of an issue. After all, my parcel had a month before it was needed. On their website, I was quoted 3 - 7 working days for £30. I thought this would be fine so proceeded to book and pay for it. I delivered my parcel to a collection point knowing my working day count would begin on the Monday. Here I am, almost a month later, still waiting for delivery. It would appear my parcel has gotten lost in Belgium - last looged on the 19th May. Oh, did I mention these were documents? Upon wanting to log a claim, I discovered that documents are not covered at all despite being mentioned as insured for £20 free cover when booking. No need to pay for them to be covered. Happy days until they never arrive, you have paid £30 for the delivery and now no-one can track it. Oh and you can't even claim any compensation which would allow you to resend your documents with a more reliable courier. I will NEVER recommend them for international packages.

Basically everything... dire tracking details and a courier that keeps trying to deliver to a shop at just before 8pm... Customer service cant seem to get on the phone to actually tell the courier the store's open times. Apparently they can only message. Guess what, they already tried that and it didn't work. Never had a courier service that took 7-8 days before. Very poor indeed. You get what you pay for, try DPD instead as they are far superior in every way and an example of how a delivery service in 2017 should run.

Where do I start with this review. 1 star is 1 star too much Firstly, 4 days running Ive been waiting for a parcel to be a delivered and every day its not delivered due to restricted access. Now I know we work on a farm industrial estate and the lanes are tighter than the M25 but we have had UPS, ParcelForce, DPD, TNT all make it up here. Then I try and call up to complain. I found 2 different numbers. The first one doesn't ring and the 2nd just tells you to visit the website and start a live chat. Which then brings me on to the live chat function. I honestly don't know where they get these monkeys from. I went through my complaint in great detail explaining the above, giving times etc and after waiting 10 minutes the response I got back was 'Your parcel will be delivered tomorrow'. Such a waste of time So in a nutshell. These are cheap for a reason. The money you save will cost you more in time chasing up, getting stressed, waiting around for a parcel they have no intention of delivering. They are cowboys. Share this review if you wish. DO NOT USE HERMES

Was due a delivery on Tuesday waited in all day used the app to check which by the way is rubbish it never arrived wasn't told when they we're going deliver again. Tried customer service that's a joke don't get to talk to anybody all you get is options i.e. push this number or this number no actual person heaven for bid they should talk to you and be any help. They have something of mine which my husband bought and paid for and seem to think it's up to them when they deliver but not up date or notify the customer in anyway and expect you to put up with this crap. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN

These guys are not trustworthy at all. I have placed multiple orders with different retails that were consigned to be delivered by myHermes. None of them even attempted to deliver to my address. They simply lie on their system that they attempted to deliver to my address. This has happened on multiple instances spanning over 2 years.

The delivery driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address and got a signature to say that he delivered it to the correct address. Luckily the person who did receive it dropped it off to me. I contacted customer service to complain and was told the driver said he left it outside my front door. No mention of the fact it was signed for. Customer service don't want to know. VERDICT - Rubbish & avoid like Herpes

I have used myHermes for years for sending parcels on my ebay store. However, just recently they have become appalling. The latest incident was a parcel that was received by my customer ripped, torn & the items smashed to pieces, with a clear footprint on the label. Did they take any responsibility for this? No, all i got was 'our couriers care & it was done by a machine' So at what point did they check before delivering? None, Do not use, they may be cheap, but this is the service that you get. So unprofessional it is laughable.
