Given them a 1 star rating is making me sick. Bunch of liars and time wasters, advise for all PLEASE STAY FROM THESE CROOKS. There not sorry for anything, a company that has no human existence should not exist. Worst company ever.

Nothing short of impossible. Their collection time is 8am-8pm, and they refuse to allow any contact with the driver to try to narrow down that estimate. If you try calling their customer service line, no combination of choices will put you in touch with a human, but everything leads to a recording directing you back to their less than helpful website. In short, do not use them if you have any choice in the matter!

I HAVE NO HAIR LEFT!!!!! Three weeks of hell I thought we would give them ago it appears that 40% of parcels go missing even with signatures it make no difference. If you want to ruin your business go ahead and give them ago!

Parcel delivered to wrong address should have been 255 went to 235 and tracking said I had signed for it VERY POOR WORK also NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A PERSON

My heart sinks when I find out a delivery is from Hermes. Tracking info is just factitious. If I knew a seller was using Hermes, I would go elsewhere.

The worst customer service. Never collect items from my home but have been charge for it. Customer services representative are very rude and have no knowledge at all

I received a delivery notice without any details to contact the driver or find out who sends the package (while myHermes website suggests to contact the sender). I contacted them through their website, stating that I cannot be at home for next two days and suggesting another date. They delivered another notice anyways, at the same time ignoring safe dropping point which I suggested. At the moment Im looking at third delivery, on a day which Im going to be away, and losing my parcel. Avoid this company at all cost

Worst delivery company I have EVER experienced. !!!!!! 1)They lie about trying to make a delivery when they haven't! 2) Online help is no help. 3) They left my items to my neighbor ( I don't know him and I live in East London ) he never open the door !!!! . Why the have company ??????

Worst service ever. I just found out on parcel tracking that the attemp to deliver was made, and next time they will try on Monday. I'm sitting at home since morning and there was no courier around and no delivery attemp slip left so the courier is laying. Few weeks ago I spent 2 days waiting for courier to collect my return parcel, courier didn't bother to come at all.

Giving My Hermes even a one star rating is too high however I cannot leave a review without giving a rating. I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks now. Online help is no help. My tracking ID is useless, it doesn't track the item at all, I have no idea where my parcel is. Someone could say 'oh this is a one off' but I can assure you it is not. Everytime I have had the unfortunate luck of having My Hermes as my courier I have had problems. DO NOT USE - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Worst customer service! They lost my parcel worth of 140£ and didnt bother to investigate. In return they offered me compensation of 20£ instead of having paid for my lost full amount! Plus their phone lines are on a9 machine who charge you.

They lost (aka stole) my parcel and cant be bothered to deliver to the door and throw parcels over an eight foot high wall breaking every item every time

My hermes are absolutely terrible. No customer service number available. Foreign webchat is the only option given. Also they use self employed delivery drivers who casually do this in their own time. Not good enough. So many better options available DO NOT USE, EVER

My partner ordered a rpg rulebook from Amazon and was delivered with Hermes. He received an email that the parcel had been delivered through the letterbox (which the item would have been too big to fit through) and it was with neither of our neighbours nor in our porch. Seemed like the delivery wasn't made at all! Their live chat system takes a LONG time to reply and were very unhelpful to the point they said they couldn't see any more about the delivery details than we could! Even though they're the ones that are supposed to deliver it! Would not recommend!

Parcel sent to Nantes in France never arrived!!!! Not able to track and not at all happy not even reconizing my e-mail address or password. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They lost my parcel, communicating with them is very difficult and the refund process is agonisingly slow. I still have not got my money back.

My delivery was confirmed as 13th may ...no delivery ,I have now received an. Mail advising it may be delivered on the 23rd may. I have just ordered two items from home base and b & q one item is being delivered tomorrow and the other item is to be delivered Monday. Hermes are poor at dependablity ,customer care and I have mailed Amazon to advise my experience including advising the company not to use them for courier work. Plenty of companies out there care and are brilliant at delivering before the expected date let alone three weeks after order. Rubbish company.
