They never let you know when they're attempting to deliver, they just keep coming when you're out (without letting you know they have visited) and then return the item to sender.

Received a card saying "Can't get truck up hill." 8 digit number isn't recognised by Hermes website or phone services. Driver unable to read large notice in porch in 72 font saying where parcel can be signed for and delivered. No collections permitted from the depot. No human beings to talk to regarding delivery. Appalling service from a company that should have gone under years ago - why does anyone still use this bunch?!

Didn't collect parcel on the day arranged online. Contacted Cust Services who apologised and stated that the courier will collect the next day. Guess what no collection and driver stated no one was at home which is a complete lie. No card was left stating he attempted delivery. Hermes have clearly got a problem with it's drivers. Finally on the third day the parcel was collected. Now lets see if they deliver. I'm guessing they won't. AVOID!!!!

I spent the day at home waiting for the parcel, 'track package' said that it was on its way, I was going to receive it on that day. Next time I checked I read ''attempted delivery at 2:14''. This was a lie. I was at home, nobody came, nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, there was no note left or notification that they had tried to deliver the parcel. Nothing. The driver responsible had lied. Later that evening, on my Amazon account I read ''Package delivered today at 21:30. Another lie! Disgraceful service.

Not the first time i have booked a parcel to be collected by My Hermes and then no one turn up and me wasting a full day waiting for them which is not acceptable as in my opinion that is breaking the contract that they have with you. The next day you go to there website and go on web chat with the so called customer service team based in India. They read from a script that does not help you but rather infuriates you to the point where you are nearly tearing your hair out, however this time i told them that if a manager does not contact me in the next hour then i am going to start legal action against the company as i was sick to death of being let down by them. I was amazed when i actually did receive that call and the lady i spoke to was charming and very apologetic, she agreed that the customer service team in India needed to change and she was going to look into this. I told her that was not the first time that i booked a pick up and my parcel was not collected, i said last time it happened i gave it 3 days and then had to book another courier so paid twice, she said that what she would do was refund me for the two parcels that were not collected this time and then get them collected that day. She refunded me immediately and two hours later my parcels were collected so it proves that if you get to speak to the right person things can get sorted out. The lady was professional and helpful and admitted that the problems i pointed out to her about the company were indeed unacceptable and should not happen and she was going to review things within the company especially the customer service team. Will she do that, i don't know, will she change things probably not but we can live in hope, until i see a significant change in the companies reviews i am not going to use them again as it is too much of a risk wondering if someone is going to show up and i don't want all that hassle from a courier. Just as i come to an end i have just received a parcel delivered by non other than My Hermes, the outer box is all damaged but thankfully the box inside of that containing a food mixer is not okay. I didn't get the ladies name who rang me from My Hermes but i did thank her and gave her credit for ringing me and sorting things out, i hope dear lady that you can make changes and make people want to use you but please don't mind in the meantime if i use a different company just for now.

Not had delivery however its been signed for by P SINGH (LOL) who I've never heard of (doesn't exist as its their driver no doubt). Copy of signature a joke but they are in receipt of my expensive DAB radio. They don't want police involved but I will be contacting them reading other reviews this is a common issue!

I have only just recently started using this company and have already had a problem with 2 parcels out of 12 !! They have just admitted to breaking the contents of my parcel at their depot, but will not compensate me for this as it is pottery. I do realise that pottery items are not covered by their insurance but the way this item was packed, there is no way it could have got broken unless it was THROWN about. They never delivered the item and wont even give me a refund on my postage. If the item WAS NOT delivered to the recipient, a refund should be given for the postage !! I WILL NEVER USE HERMES AGAIN - be warned !!

I left specific instruction that my parcel was not to be left at neighbour's (they didn't leave it there the first time they called) but left details of safe place (also told them neighbour's was not a safe place. I went out for an hour this morning only to have a card through saying they have left it with my neighbour!! Very very unhappy

I have been waiting in all day for someone to collect this parcel and no one has arrived, I have had no phone call or anything, it's not on I have two very young children and it's been such a lovely day outside and we couldn't do anything

All herms want to do is to screw as much money as they can they can not be bothered trying to sort problems out at there end the drivers are lazy the over charge you can send your items much cheaper and get them insured for more at the post office I will not be using them ever again rip off merchants

Thieving disgraceful service. Isn't it about time you looked at your customer reviews and how terrible they are? They lost me and my partners package. It was last tracked at the depot and then magically disappeared, they say they won't refund any of it even though they have lost it? Disgusting. Never using this service again and will encourage others not to.

I have previously sent many parcels through Hermes, however there has been 3 occasions in as many weeks where parcels have gone missing. Hermes completely wash their hands of it and make you jump through hoops to try and resolve it. A pathetic company and i view their practices as blatant theft.

No delivery attempt was made. No way to contact courier or pick up parcel from a local depot within 50 mile radius. Absolutely disgraceful 'service'. DO NOT USE

Successfully delivered they said.not to me who it was addressed to and to the address I requested.left in reception?.so they think it is perfectly acceptable to deliver items to wherever they want and leave with people I do not know.is this legal.cannot believe it and as for JOHN LEWIS. they should be ashamed.cannot even guarantee the delivery of one item.we pay for goods and services yet are treated disgracefully.not acceptable.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Absolute morons delivering for this company. Time and time again I have bought and people choose my hermes but WHYYYYYYYYYY. I know they are cheap but they are utter crap. Any item delivery I have received has been destroyed. I would never choose to use this company and I would always pay more to avoid using. Please don't make the same mistake. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I sold item via ebay, selected MyHermes as courier (throw ebay), item was dispatched, its was not delivered, Item was lost, I refund money to buyer then myhermes does not accepting responsibility for this case !!!

Every Parcel Delivered is delayed and damaged. I repeatedly asked the courier that I am at work all day can leave the package securely in the Boiler house and guess what leaves in the re-cycle bin.
