Still waiting for our parcels to be collected 3 days after the 'latest' date. Customer service are just automated bots who tell me they will be collected by 8pm (for the last 3 days running). "Investigations" team just repeat what the online chat bots have said. I suspect that investigations are bots too. Worst company I have used in my life. I'm wondering if my parcels will ever be collected! No humans to speak to in order to get a real answer. DO NOT USE - we need to shut sham companies like these down.

We've been stung several times by this bunch of utter jokers, so quite simply we won't be using them again. Previously lied about leaving an item in my porch (I think I'd have to have a porch for them to leave anything there). Recently lost an item that I dropped off at my local drop off shop. Strangely it scanned ok when it was taken out of the shop & then fell off the face of the earth. When (& I do mean when) I got through to "customer services" (a contradiction in terms), they asked if I'd securely fastened the labels on, as if it was my fault. It was so well taped on that it could have withstood a hurricane. Then they need 24-48hrs to supposedly investigate where your parcel is, before you unsurprisingly get a "we can't locate your parcel" e-mail. Then they send you a claim form (which you can't open on a tablet or phone) & will try and make you jump through so many hoops in the hope you'll just not claim. Before they copy and paste their generic "please contact us on our facetube or twanger accounts", no thanks. I'm just posting this review to warn others, that I'd recommend sticking flowers to my head & putting it in a beehive before I'd recommend using MyHermes.

Did not collect 1 x parcel on Saturday, had another to collect on Monday, they didnt collect that either. Online chat customer service were a waste of time - never ever again !!!!!

Booked 9th March 2017 for collection 10th March 2017 - DID NOT COLLECT Sent email Saturday 11th March 2017 NO RESPONSE Phoned Sunday 12th March 2017 - Automated Service Claimed tried to collect Saturday ABSOLUTE RUBBISH 3 PEOPLE IN ALL DAY - I WILL NEVER USE THIS OUTFIT AGAIN

They are a complete shambles, their online tracking is complete fiction. Their couriers just make up the delivery history, It's just pure luck if your consignment arrives safely. I had a note put through my door 'Sorry I Missed You' parcel 'behind bin', we've never found it. Avoid at all costs, pay a bit extra and use another courier.

2 laptops left on my doorstep before time stated. Tracking details said that they had been signed for at a different time. They hadn't by me. Not happy my signature was forged. Had they gone missing I couldnt prove that I hadn't received them Bad practise.

I've now had two bad experiences using myHermes and won't be using them again. The first time I choose the drop off option and the parcel went missing. You have to state what it contains and it contained a phone which is obviously quite desirable so I suspect someone stole it. The second time I used the option for the courier to pick up from my house (hoping this would be safer) but they never turned up to collect it. I rearranged collection and they didn't turn up the 2nd time either. During these problems I also had the painful experience of dealing with their customer service which is an online message system where they are obviously dealing with several people at once as I frequently had to wait 5 minutes between messages making the whole thing take forever. What a terrible company!

Worst delivery company ever, try to avoid at any cost! Only had problems with them with delays, lost parcels, rude and stupid staff! AVOID.

Bought items from an online retailer and paid for next day delivery. Tracked the items the next day on the Myhermes website which stated, 'Delivery attempt made, allow 24h on 10/03/2017'. I was in all day and Myhermes had delivered another order from another retailer that i had purchased an item from. Myhermes are complete cowboys and should be avoided at all costs.

MyHermes lost my item that I posted on 27 January 2017 so I made a claim in the middle of February. MyHermes cancelled my claim so I then complained and they said that my claim was invalid because I used the wrong email address to contact them. They then said it was too late to claim and I had missed the opportunity. I insisted they process the claim. They sent a new claim form which I completed (again) and they are now asking for proof of value. It is now nearly 6 weeks that they lost the parcel and I am still waiting.........very unreliable service, not the first time they have lost a parcel and I would suggest using another service. It may cost you a £1 more but the staff are poor, the service is poor......

Disgusting service. Lost two items. Got refunded for one. The other I have been waiting now almost two months for refund. Twice contacted them with the ebay link to the item, said they would check and get back to me. They didn't. Had to message again. THEN got asked for proof or purchase of item!!! Selling second hand goods on ebay and they think we have proof or purchase, this is why you write the item value and the ebay item number! Contacted again 2 weeks ago and the same annoying pass the buck reply. Said would refund - still waiting. If you can use Royal Mail - much less headache! My hermes are useless and have no idea about customer service.

I paid for and booked a courrier to pick up my return parcel. They sent me an email saying they attached a return label, but there was no label. I spent the whole day trying to find someone who could send a label, but they only have FAQs, none of them helped, or online chat, who said they could not help. The only telephone number I managed to find costs £3.60 a minute. Disgusting.

What went wrong? Everything...again...Hermes is a joke. Tried to deliver twice, both times I was at work. They left their lovely card twice saying "please contact us to arrange redelivery", both times without phone number filled in. They supposed to try again on Saturday. I didn't go to work because of that and of course they didn't show up. Second time used Hermes, second time mu parcel was sent back to the shop. Do not ever use them!

I have not received my parcel by the expected day and raised it with myHermes customer support team. The tracking information on the system showed that I received and signed for the parcel and that it was delivered to me on a specific date and time (and to my home address) but I have never received the parcel. Eventually the investigation team got back to me (I had to wait more than 48 hours, while they said I should hear back within 24-48 hours) saying that unfortunately the parcel has been lost and basically there is nothing they can do. The investigation team is meant to contact everyone involved in the process to figure out what happened but clearly it doesn't do a good job given the end result of it is a lost parcel with no further information nor anyone responsible for it. In addition, there's no contact number that allows you to speak to someone - only email or web chat. No wonder why...

Hermes lost, and then destroyed, a parcel. Two months later, and I'm still waiting for it to aend me a claim form, even though it has been given the information it needs four times...

Bad service and even bad customer service Over the last few months they have successfully failed to deliver a parcel with accepted standard. They don't ring the bell, leave the parcel with the neighbour but don't tell or say it has been posted but there is no item delivered despite what the tracking system says or arrives 3 to 4 days after. This poor service is unacceptable and there customer service is just as useless Not impressed and would urge retailers to use a new courier!

this service is such a poor service compared to others, i have never experienced such a time with anyone like them. they provide a contact number with only automated speakers but why put a number stating ring this if you have a issue like an automated service can really fix my issue. i was given a return label to send via these people and my parcel is still in transit for nearly a week what a joke i highly doubt my parcel will ever reach its return destination. if i had it my way id use royal mail straight and simple

Seriously diabolical. Printed out label for collection next day. Hermes tracking said it had been collected -but still here. Bizarre 'on line chat' ensued with, I suspect, Indian call centre assuring me it had been collected when I was looking at it! Wasted about an hour over the course of the next 6 days trying to cajole them into collecting the parcel. Eventually after an investigation they told me they had resolved the problem - by saying as the label had been printed out 7 days earlier it now wasn't valid and I would have to start again. Sent package by Royal Mail
