Sent my parcel Dec 1st did not arrive I have sent all details for a refund nothing back Which is about £65 I send parcels weekly and it's the worst company I have dealt with Would never use again and if you are sending a parcel go to a trust worthy company Feb 28 and still no refund

Worse service ! They lied saying that on Monday at 10.53am my parcel was delivered through a letter box. The delivery address was my work address and there is no letter box at work, all deliveries get signed at the entrance of the office on the reception desk. This is the 2nd time this happened. I even wonder if they don't steal the parcel and keep it for themselves. I do not trust MyHermes and I have now stopped shopping online where MyHermes are used as courier.

Ordered item, Hermes said left in porch at 20:03. The address is a business address so how could this be, no porches round here. Item obviously stolen by courier. This company should be banned from operating.

The courier only came once and never came back to collect the parcel I'd left for them to collect. Their live chat doesn't work and there is no way to speak to someone to schedule another collection and it takes them days to reply to the emails one sends them. Appalling service- I will never use them again and stick to the post office where I get face to face service.I have lost £4.39 to Hermes- and will have to pay postage again- this time to Royal Mail, who I should have gone to in the first place. Hermes' service is atrocious!

Worst delivery service of all. Say they have attempted delivery twice - on both occasions I was at home all day so this is just untrue. No card left, no way to contact them. Appalling.

They lost a very important parcel of mine. All the important belongings that were inside were for my start-up business. They ruined my career, i got poor customer service and an offer of very small compensation of £50! I am furious

I received an email on the 21st to say the would deliver my package that day. As I work full time and was already there, I obviously missed this delivery. I got home to discover the 'sorry I missed you' note which informed me my delivery required a signature and would be delivered the next day (22nd). Once again, I work, so the next day was unsuitable as I hadn't agreed with my employers to take time off. The courier did not leave any contact information on said note, even though it does say 'please contact me on the number below to re-arrange collection'. I contacted hermes by webchat (as there really is no other way to speak to this company at all) on the 22nd to say I wouldn't be home and to make alternative arrangements. The first thing I was asked for was my tracking number I was then advised that she would send the courier a message advising them to leave the package in a safe place. She did mention that there was no guarantee he would get the message on time. I then requested that we make alternative arrangements for my third and final delivery at that point in the event that I miss delivery again. I was told she could not do that. She can only leave an message. By this time its been 50 minutes of webchat before she tells me she is myhermes and not hermes, and myhermes cant put you through to hermes or send emails to them on your behalf! Needless to say my third delivery attempt will take place today (23rd), once again, I am not home, Hermes have been advised of this and my parcel will be returned back to the sender. I've never dealt with couriers who do not let you contact them either via the net or by phone to make suitable delivery arrangements. The worse service, customer service and communication ever. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE EVER - there's several different sites with reviews such as mine, they are awful, just plain awful

THEY SAY THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE ITEM AND THEY HAVE NOT? WHY SAID IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED THEN? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? BE VERY AWARE! WHO IS STEALING THE PARCELS.

They only have a star because you can't give a review without one! I paid for next day delivery, all seemed to be going fine with updates then on delivery day a message to say it's delayed, please wait 24 hours. Still no parcel, no further updates, no way of contacting them, their website refers you to retailer. It's not the 1st time I've had problems with this lot! Why the hell do retailers use this cowboy outfit?

The worst customer service in Europe, to be avoided if possible Vote 3 stars delivery services pick up 2 star vote for Customer Service and Ability to Resolve Problems if the package is lost -10 star The worst customer service in Europe, to be avoided if possible but if you can contact their terrible customer service will be very very are good at making fun of the customers never solve problems, forcing customers to leave losing every fight and losing their parcels and their money

Appalling service yet again, they couldn't decide what time they delivered it or where it had been left. No calling card and on communication. Eventually found the item in a soggy mess outside under a bush. What is wrong with this company!!!

Multiple orders to be delivered by Hermes have never once arrived on the projected due dates. Upon checking the status of the parcel(s) on Hermes website, to my disbelief, the driver has entered "delivery attempted" which is an outright lie as I work from home and have cctv at the front door. A friend who sells work gear online has used them only to receive many customer complaints as items either never arrived, arrived damaged or were left discarded behind a bin. Hermes courier service is cheap for a reason, the drivers are poorly paid and the company has no quality control organisatinal practices in place. Service is wholly unreliable. I would never again order products from sellers who use Hermes.

I have always had my things on time with no problems so I can only assume that all these moaners work for rival company. How come Hermes are the second largest delivery company in the UK if they were no good ? I think the moaners need to have a word with themselves and learn to spell properly

Parcel not picked up. Online support useless. Paid extra to have the parcel collected then told tomorrow 5 times, which never happened then they told me to take it to the dropoff point myself. Very very very dissapointed and i will never use them again. Rivals are and have been so much better.

Ordered an item from eBay which was collected on 03/02/17. To date no idea where my item is. Check the website 10 times a day no update by the company. Will never use them again the amount of stress it caused. Please stay away. Use the other couriers but not myHermes. Definitely not mine

I paid for the collection and delivery of two parcels for Monday 13th February. I was given a timeslot of 6am - 8pm. I waited indoors all day and didn't hear from anyone by text message, phone or in person. I tried to find out more via the web chat (as there is no other way to contact anyone at Hermes) but they knew as much as I did, and said they couldn't determine when the courier would be there as they were independent. After another frustrating web chat, I learnt that the courier would arrive a day later. Otherwise I would not have been informed of this fact. I can't afford to stay at home all week waiting for someone to pick up a parcel that I have already paid for. At 5.30pm, after I began to lose faith that the parcels would be picked up, I again went to the web chat, and was informed that the courier is feeling ill so won't be collecting the parcels today either. The system is extremely poorly designed, with no communication to the customer, and clearly very little communication between central hub and courier. I now have to wait 24 - 48 hours for the customer services team to get in contact with a new collection date, a process which apparently cannot be sped up, as it is "standard procedure". This means that a parcel I paid for last week may not be collected until a week after the date that was arranged. This is completely unacceptable, and I will end up losing over £300 as a result. This issue is now becoming urgent as they must reach their destination by the end of the week. I have no way of transporting the parcels to a collection point, otherwise I would have done this already. In any case, the nearest collection point was closed yesterday by the time I realised the parcels would not be collected. Extremely disappointed in this service and will never use again. Don't recommend to anyone who needs to actually rely on parcel delivery.

Absolutely rubbish company. I had special delivery 24h,took 3 day courier to deliver parcel.I live 12 miles from their depot.when rang them they had stupid excuse (courier was off this day).waste of time &newer use again
