Claimed they had tried to deliver 2 parcels this week and had been unsuccessful. My intended recipients tell me they were in. Want to charge me £4 to have them returned to me. Appalling customer service with only option being worse than useless web chat. Should not be allowed to continue as a supposed parcel delivery company as they are clearly not capable of such. Pigeon post more competent than this bunch.

Said it had been delivered to a secure location at 20:12 at night! But no it hasn't! Have tried contacting customer support, was hung up on 3 times! Then did a live chat and was basically called a liar because I said tracking says delivered to secure location and I was told no it wasn't it was your address! I said I can forward tracking details...but they weren't interested just said contact seller! My daughter has had same email for a parcel she was also expecting, so we have had 2 parcels go missing in one night! Also in the past when they have delivered they don't even bother knocking the door they just throw it over fence as hard as possible in the rain so it's damaged and wet! And if you're lucky they shove a crumpled note through the door.....oh and when I've been lucky enough to actually receive a parcel it stinks to high heaven of cigarettes...DISGRACEFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am a victim, and represent those whose parcel has been stolen by the couriers driver. The driver has without any doubt stolen the goods and this is a very popular thing that is happening and this incident has happened to me many times (where the driver claims that he has delivered the good, but in reality has kept it - with a false signature (making it look like that the recipient has received it). Even though the tracker says the driver was at Peel Place, OX1 4UT, however this doesn't mean the parcel has been delivered as the driver just parks in front of the recipient address to prove the package was delivered (when in reality a false signature was done and the parcel was kept).

Never collected the item but they won't make a refund because the system says that it has being collected. 3 days waiting for them to contact me back... nothing... customer support team... even worst, all they do is tell you to wait 24 to 48 hours for nobody to contact you

I should read the all reviews before. DONT USE IT! They haven't pick up the parcel and is not possible to contact them! BAD TRADE!!!!!

I find it funny how you don't have anywhere on your Facebook page to leave a review... because you know pretty much every review would be shocking. Can you please explain how the parcel that I have sent has been 'lost' in transit??????????? This has happened to THREE people I know in recent weeks, how can this shambles of a company still be able to operate????? Your ripping people off, and your scumbag employees are stealing peoples parcels, you are a disgrace, and will be telling everyone I know NEVER to use your rubbish service! I have now been told to 'call back in 24 hours to request a lost property claims form'?!?!? Are you serious? Not only is the transition part of your business a joke, but so are your customer services. I am going to the office of fair trading this afternoon if I don't get a proper response from you via this post today!!!!!

The tracking advice me the delivery was on a Friday, with no time set. Took the day off work anyway to receive the parcel and nobody attempted the delivery... despite the fact on Thea king it showed the attempted twice to deliver. No failed delivery note whatsoever The certainly came on Saturday while I was at work and this time they left what they said it was the second attempt . No contact with courier or anything I finally had a chat with "someone" on their live chat. They don't give you any solution at all and they make you even more frustrated. After over 30mins we finally agreed the parcel was going to be delivered today at a set time around 6pm The courier attempted to deliver at 2pm No note again whatsoever I got gutted when I got an email telling me that the parcel has been failed to deliver once again And a further email from the seller telling me that the parcel will be returned to them and I'll get a refund I honestly reached that point of frustration that all I wNt is not thinking about the parcel anymore And seeing the way they deal with customers I very much doubt the parcel wil arrived ever to the seller Total joke of company

i sent two parcels with Hermes. One was a pool cue that the courier left sticking out of the letterbox when no one was home, ripping a hole in the packaging and damaging the cue. The other one they claimed they'd attempted delivery and been told the person didn't live there. The recipient was home at the time and most certainly does live there, so I can only assume the courier was a) lying or b) went to the wrong address. Myhermes refused to redeliver and returned the parcel to me. They even wanted to charge me for the privilege. After MANY complaints, they 'kindly' agreed to to charge me but are still refusing to refund the postage. Both these were eBay purchases and both buyers told me if they'd known I was using Hermes they'd never have bid! That's how bad their reputation is. For the sake of saving 40p or so using Royal Mail, it's simply not worth it. The service is useless and the customer service even worse. AVOID. Oh and you can't even contact them by phone.

They lost my £60 worth parcel my parcel was insured I made claim and they said we found your parcel we will deliver in few days but they didn't deliver parcel and didn't get claim

Everything! They fail to collect, won't speak to you and then block you from ringing them! Bunch of conning scam artists who don't provide the service they offer. Nightmare to get hold of and impossible to use!

BEWARE! they took almost a month to locate my parcel that they lost in transit. Then they notified me to say they had found it and would return to me. it was a sewing machine and I had to refund the buyer. When it finally arrived back and I opened the box it was smashed to pieces. Could only have that amount of damage through deliberate desire by the courier to destroy. I sent myhermes a photo of the whole wreckage and I'm still waiting for compensation from them. Was sent on 3rd december!! I'm a regular customer but I'll Never ever ever I use them again.

Without a doubt the worse courier company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Sent a parcel to an address that I have sent to countless times before, and Hermes were unable to find it. Three times I gave them extra advice, phone numbers, descriptions, etc. and they still couldn't find it. Even their staff told me they couldn't believe the courier was unable to see the major landmark building. After 7 working days of being told various lies and contradictory information, they had the nerve to charge me an extra 4 quid to return the parcel to me!! They lied and said that they had attempted delivery but it had been 'refused', but this is not true - I have sent items countless times before to the exact address without issues. Customer service is a joke. The live chat appears to be a robot/AI, does not answer the question, gives wrong information. The phone line usually doesn't work and when it does you get told more misinformation. Never again will I use this company, and I will not buy from any company that uses them either.

Took my money on the Wednesday should have picked parcel up on the Thursday but no courier came so went on there web chat where the people there are completely useless so waited in again all day Friday still nobody came, so back on there web chat this morning but still can't get any answers as they are all morons. I now have to find a 24 hour courier to pick my parcel up at extra cost as my customer wants his parcel. Stay clear of this company pay the extra for a reliable service

I purchase a package from sport direct and the delivery company was myhermes this was before Christmas until now I haven't receive my package they could not give me the name who sign for it really bad so after I spend my money never receive my goods

DO NOT use MyJermes! My parcel was collected a day late - they didn't notify me they would be late & now it has gone missing. A large roll of carpet underlay. How does that go missing?!! Am currently trying to get it tracked - their online tracking is useless, on-line chat - useless platitudes & say they will refer to their internal investigation team who take 24-48 hours. Then later in same chat said all they can do if refer to the team when they inferred they had already done so. Main telephone number - been on hold for over 60 minutes as I write!

Received message from Myhermes to tell me that my parcel was 'successfully delivered to a secure location' at a time (evening) when I and my family were at home. We have not received a parcel. Unable to contact Hermes by any means whatsoever. Helpline only found through googling directly directly, but when called it simply re-directs you to their website or your retailer. Enter details for web chat and I am told that my parcel is not a myhermes parcel. Checked the entered details 5 times, definitely correct. Call my retailer. They tell me that myhermes always redirects customers to them and is unwilling to handle queries themselves. Am told they will contact myhermes for me and that I may get a response in 48 hours. If not then to call back. I thought that online retailing was a growing market? Not like this it isn't. I ordered online because it was more convenient that going to a shop, but spending an hour handling a parcel 'lost' by myhermes is very inconvenient . I won't be ordering from any retailer that uses myhermes ever again. This is what happens when organisations operate 'on the cheap'.

fraud BE WARNED! there grand scale theft of parcels going on within this operation, If you use this company to send an item and it goes missing you will have huge problems trying to obtain a refund. I have sent around 20 emails, half were replied to with fob of tails and further delays whilst they look at your claim, they will then mark the case as solved when it is not solved!! I finally received an email saying my claim had been excepted and will be paid within 5 days. 14 days later still no payment or answers to any emails asking why apart from one stating we will ask the finance team and get back to in 5 days which is how it goes on in the hope you will just go away and they don't have to refund! MY HERMES I WILL OPEN A SMALL COURT CLAIM AGAINST YOU IF YOU FAIL TO REFUND ME, I AM FED UP WITH THIS APPALLING SERVICE AND STALLING, IT IS A DISGRACE

Absolutely despicable service. More than 20 parcels lost within 3 weeks. Over £2000 pounds worth of items lost and they refuse to do anything about it. They manipulate their computer systems so that missing parcels show as never been posted and then string the customer along until the 28 day claim period passes and refuse to do anything. Their customer service consists of a rep telling you that there's nothing you can do, then hanging up on you. Their management do not know how their computer systems work and will pass you from one department to another. Absolutely disgusting service. One to avoid at all costs!

SHOCKING company (perhaps outfit is better expression cos no company can be so unprofessional). They think it is acceptable to throw your goods over side gate and leave them in your garden in the rain all day. AVOID this terrible courier 'company'...especially if you are expecting fragile / valuable items.
