This company has lost two of my packages in the past and I have two separate packages on the way one is lost once again it was supposed to be delivered on the 4th and I haven’t been updated since the 2nd I have another package and And it was supposed to be delivered on the seventh and from what I can see on the app they haven’t even collected it to deliver it yet there is no way of contacting them there’s nothing you can really do so I suggest never to use this company if I had known that the places I bought from was going to use Hermes I wouldn’t of bothered cause I already know

Worst company ever!!! I live in a apartment above a store and my entrance is just on the sidewalk, the driver left my parcel just on the road and when I got home I found nothing!!!! Why they are still open? Why the retailers send our parcels with them??????

Absolutely disgusting my parcel wasn't delivered ,yet they put a tracking picture on which isn't my home or me receiving it !!! It's not the first time why does next use this dire delivery company?

Absolutely the worst company. Very little warning to when items are being delivered and unable to arrange for pick up. Only automated chats that do not allow for rearranging for pick up or changing delivery times.

Driver delivered parcel and left it in bin where binmen turned up and emptied bin. But Hermes are NOT bothered and since i can not prove it was delivered and then emptied into a bin wagon. I am losing £94.00. It appears this dodgy company do not give a dam NOT EVEN the CEO who i contacted

Quite frankly the worst courier i've ever come across. Lost parcel worth £550 and no way to speak to a human. Disgusting.....avoid

Completely lied to me and told me it was delivered at 10pm on a Saturday. Utter rubbish! From that I had spent days trying to locate my parcel within my building only then to find out after that time that they have it still. It's been with them since 20th February! It's not March 8th. Not only the above, but also I have other outstanding parcels that they still haven't delivered. It's becoming such a nightmare, as responsibility doesn't seem to be there thing and are asking me to sort it out, though they have lied to me and kept me waiting for missing packages that they still have. Doesn't make sense. Honestly. . . NEVER USE HERMES . Inept as inept can be. Completely useless

My latest Tracking says We have youe parcel at depot Now that was 7xdays ago and its still not updated . This parcel has been missing for 3xweeks now and email help consists of me being lyed to by (where do they get these names from i think they make them up ) 1.Aamirah ext 2705 2.Jubaier ext 2623 3.Rajjak ext 2843 4.Weronka (who asked for 48 hrs to sort it ) guess what Nothing

This company is the Worst delivery company ever. Contacting them is a ridiculous process with no outcome to the delivery enquiry. No updates to when parcel will be delivered . Altogether useless had to give 1 star as the system would not allow me to give Zero stars .

Hermes have “ lost “ three parcels of mine in the last few weeks which resulted in me getting negative feedback on eBay when I,d sent the items in good faith, had receipts and tracking numbers. I will not be using Hermes again they have cost me a lot in monetary terms and also my previous 100% reputation on eBay ruined because of them.

Charge for insurance but don't pay insurance, that's RIP OF BRITAIN. SECOND OPTION NEXT DAY DELIVERY-PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT IS DELIVERED AFTER 5 DAYS. HERMES ITS RUBBISH COMPANY

I wish there was below 5 star rating. I had such a dreadful experience with them. I sent an item 2 weeks ago. A few days later I Checked the tracker and I saw that it was delivered and signed (but there wasn't any name or a photo that proves that is being delivered). On top of all the delivery time was 8 o'clock in the evening (when the unit closes at 6:00 pm every day). I contacted the recepient first to see if they have it. They didn't. Then I contacted Hermes to see what is actually happening. I told them about the whole situation and 3 days later I received some stupid apologetic message telling me how sorry they are and how things get Lost sometimes during the transition and I won't be compensated about it as the item is a desktop PC. I have lost nearly £200 because of your incompetence and lack of professionalism. First you lied that the item was delivered, second you couldn't provide a prove that it was delivered, thirth: you don't want to investigate properly and find out what happened, or you did and you can't admit it. And on top of all you refuse to compensate me when you are 100% wrong here. I have already passed my complaint on retail ADR services and I will not stop there. If they can't do anything I will make this story viral. Because you are thieves and liars. Because I declared what is it , someone probably stole it knowing that there is no compensation about it. You will compensate me for all the headache and incompetence.

Hermes communication and update is deplorable. It is no wonder they do not have a website otherwise they would probable be flooded with negative reviews. Numerous times they reject 16 digit tracking numbers by stating digits over 16 are not authentic. Are Hermes computors of incapable of detecting 16 digit numbers correctly? I would say that the probable reason is to prevent tracking that shows they have parcels sitting in limbo for days on end.

Shame it's not possible to leave 0 stars. Twice now they've said they've attempted to deliver. The 1st time, the driver didnt even ring my bell. The 2nd time was supposed to be between 6 - 8pm. I sat in the lounge, next to the front door from 4pm until I checked my camera at 6.45pm then checked the tracking. Lo & Behold, apparently dricer had been?! No ring on the bell or knock on the door. No card through the door. I have a camera at the front of the house?!! No-one even stopped here??!! They are blatant liars. This company should be out of business.

Hermes just a joke of a NON delivery company, last delivery Girl told us that they only get 50p for delivery, we live out in the sticks so its not worth them coming ,therefore we get "Driver had a problem" thats everytime and nothing gets delivered to us. No customer service cant talk to any one only via email ,then the usual reply "Sorry could not find your tracking number please resend" i am sure they do this to make you give up . Surley the worst rated company will go into liquidation and let a good delivery company deliver at a reasonable cost.Talking to a drop off shop the owner was so frustrated telling me it was a great system "when it works" but is let down by the idiots in charge

There is no way this company is legitimate. Absolutely shocking customer service. No way you can get through to a real person. No contact email, no way to raise complaint etc. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they actually did their job properly. They can’t even deliver your parcel. So overall, no courier service, no customer service and £105 out of pocket ! Boo them out of business.

I would put zero! Never us this company for any international delivery as they will not track your delivery. Mine was marked return to sender for no reason, then it just disappeared and they are uncontactable. We tried to call but the international service is just automated. Horrendous service!

Driver said he could not make a delivery as no reply despite four members of my family sitting two yards from front door with a heavy cast iron door knocker. Beggars Belief.
